Program Objective: This module is designed to educate front-line managers on the potentially explosive issues of Workplace Harassment and Workplace Violence. Once completed the participants will have a clear understanding of what constitutes Workplace Harassment and Workplace Violence. Program Objective: This module is designed to train front-line managers on the

importance of effective leadership and how their style impacts the Organization. This

program defines what “effective” leadership IS and IS NOT and it gives managers a safe,

fun way to understand the strengths and challenges that they bring to the table. After

completing the program they will gain a greater appreciation for the impact that they

have on others as well as discover how others may respond to their style. The goal of

this program is to learn how to leverage management strengths, enabling both

managers and their employees to be more effective.

This final segment will involve a self assessment using the DiSC Classic Profile system. This powerful self assessment instrument is used for front-line managers to discover their strengths and weaknesses and increase their interpersonal effectiveness. The DiSC Classic is used in a variety of situations, including helping managers adapt their behavior for more effective interactions, helping teams improve communication, improve performance, deal more effectively with conflict and value differences.
