IPSCM is an international certified collaboration program between The International Trade Centre (ITC-UNTAC/WTO) and ELI. IPSCM is a practical, continuously updated and supported development program that covers all stages in the purchasing and supply management process. This program helps present and future managers and staffs responsible for purchasing and supply chain management, particularly in private enterprises.

Those who have completed a series of modules in the IPSCM program (when the attendance requirement to comply with the minimum class activities 70% of the total meetings) as well as have taken the Internal Exam, participants are entitled to: “International Certificate in SCM/Advanced International Certificate in SCM/International Diploma in SCM” regarding the completed program.

The purpose of these courses are to inspire and enrich business perspectives.2 to 3 – day program, starts on Tuesday from 8.30 a.m. – 4.30.p.m.Subjects offered include: Leadership, Managing People & Organization, Managing Customer, Managing Process, Managing Financials, Innovative Strategy, as well as Practical Soft Skills in Business. ELI short course programs are designed in workshop format to be effective for general public. The assortment of subjects offered includes hard skills and soft skills to develop the competencies and skills of participants to become reliable resources in achieving company’s targets.The main goal of Innovative Strategy short courses is to equip middle and top managers the important knowledge and skills to develop strategic thinking framework. Abilities to analyze and develop business strategies, identify and measure company’s performance, and manage changes are crucial in ensuring the competitive advantages and growth of the company. The other topics are intended to help participants in developing functional knowledge and skills to apply in their workplace.
Short course programs can also be implemented in the form of In-Company Program, which provides space flexibility for companies who are eager to develop a number of its employees in a particular class as well as on their preferable time.
