We are very lucky this season to welcome a vastrange of interesting and exciting productions andevents. From string quartets to local drama,children’s theatre workshops to folk music, TheElectric Theatre has it all this autumn.

Guy Masterson will be returning to the Theatre withan outstanding feat of solo performance, theastonishing Under Milk Wood (page 8). Theamazingly imaginative The Tragical History of DrFaustus (page 10) from Third Party Productions isanother season highlight, just before we welcomethe Guildford Book Festival (page 11) to theTheatre for two weeks of literary treats.

We are also really excited to be offering a week ofdance taster workshops (page 13), all aimed atabsolute beginners, where participants have thechance to try out new and exciting dance styles. Ifyou’ve ever fancied trying burlesque or even bellydancing, then why not come along and give it a go.The emphasis is very much on having fun!

And of course, we have our popular Christmasfamily screening of The Muppet Christmas Carol(page 16) with free festive arty fun. This year, weare also giving adults a Christmas cinematic treatwith a screening of the classic film It’s aWonderful Life (page 16).

The electric Theatre lies in the heart ofGuildford just minutes from train, bus and carparking facilities.

ParkingParking at The Electric Theatre is strictly fordisabled patrons. Bedford Road Car Park is just afew minutes walk from the Theatre on OnslowStreet. Parking is £1 an hour during the day and£1 per evening visit after 6pm. On Sundaysparking is £1.50 per visit. Make sure you arrivein good time for matinee performances andFriday nights as the car parks can get very busy.
