ARCHITECTURAL INFORMATION

The Shoes Bangladesh Ltd. production facility is a 4-storey steel foundation building, encompassing a total operational square footage of 61,722 sq. ft. The linear dimensions of the building are a 236 ft length, 57 ft width, and 73 ft height. The 10 inch walls are reinforced and insulated, made with top-of-the-line Holcim A Grade cement, SAS bricks. The facility is floored with DBL tiles for work safety and structural integrity. The facility's visibility is enabled by the best Transtec lighting systems, BRB electric wires and cabling, as well as a piping system engineered by Astral pipes in India.

To ensure proper health, hygiene and safety, we follow the followingenvironmental policies.

Health, hygiene, safety, and minimal environmental impact are key areas of focus in The Shoes Bangladesh Ltd. production facility.

Staff at all levels have access to extremely high-quality drinking water via our in-house water treatment and filtration system with the option to harvest and recycle abundant rainwater within the facility itself.

The facility is designed with an extensive garden all around the perimeter to ensure air quality and land preservation.

The structure has been constructed fully with the use of eco-friendly brick and steel.

The facility's air quality is monitored and maintained by around-the-clock ventilation via multiple 56-inch fans and central air conditioning.

The facility includs 5KW On Grid solar system which reduces electricity consumption.
