RECENT COMPLETED / UNDERTAKEN – PROJECT / REPAIR WORK

Carried out replacement of the

damaged / deformed furnace for

AALBORG water tube boiler (16 bar working pressure) with coordination & under supervision of boiler maker representative Total job including all testing carried out as per class & owner requirements

Re-cabling of ship’s generator alternators & repair of alternator and engine side after severe fire for generator engine. Most of the engine room power supply cable, lighting cable & remote control system cable got burn due to fire. Rewiring carried for all damage power supply cable, remote control cable, alarm & fire detection system cable and lighting cables. All 3 generator engine had substantial damage due to fire – engine side overhauled and repaired as required to make them operational.

Repairing of ship side shell plating at Singapore OPL due to collusion / contact damage. Repair carried out on shipside water ballast tanks

shell plating by arranging hanging staging. All tests & checks carried

out in presence of class surveyor.
