Who We Are

� All Star is a ministry based company that specializes in rebuilding and

restoring churches that have been affected by a loss

� Our experience in the construction and insurance fields, as well as our

background in ministry, gives us a unique perspective in handling a church

restoration/reconstruction project

What Makes Us Different

� We take a Biblical approach in handling every project

Overview Of Our Proposal

� We will perform all insurance related restoration or reconstruction as

allowed by the insurance company

� We will supervise and manage all construction activities

� We will prepare an exhaustive, detailed written scope of work to aid in the

assistance of settling the insurance claim

� Once the scope of work and applicable prices have been agreed upon by All

Star and the insurance company, we will proceed with construction

� We will use our experience and expertise in maintaining the churches

interest while settling the insurance claim

� We encourage the use of volunteers when possible, and will work with you

in finding the best fit for people willing to help

� We will apply credits for volunteer work, based on our construction costs,

rather than a minimal hourly wage

� As part of our ministry we have a give back program. It is not ethical to

offer cash rebates or discounts on insurance claims. However, All Star

performs beyond the scope of the contract to offer certain upgrades to

apply to areas of the project that may not be included in the insurance

claim.

� All Star will work with the church in helping determine any changes or new

designs that the church may desire

� All Star is experienced in the application of any legitimate insurance

funding, within the building project.

� We will perform insurance related work at prices settled between us and

the insurance company

� In most cases, your insurance related work should cost you no more than

your deductible

What To Expect & How To Proceed

The following are items you should both expect and know as you proceed with the restoring of your property. All Star Restoration stands ready to assist you through the entire process of rebuilding your property. We can be reached at 1-800-732-9754 and will be glad to answer all of your questions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: EMERGENCY SERVICES

Your property may need immediate board up and/or temp in (securing broken windows and placing tarps over exposed holes in roof).

Your property may need immediate water extraction to prevent further damage. Your property may need a pack-out (removal of all salvageable belongings, cleaned and

stored off site for preservation until you are able to move back in).

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Take photos of everything including in and around your property. Make reasonable efforts to cover and limit additional damage. Contact a restoration company such as All Star for water and/or fire damage. Contact a reconstruction company such as All Star for your property rebuild. Understand that Insurance laws prohibit a property owner profiting from a loss. Be alert to those who make promises to pay your deductible.

WORKING WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

Make contact with your insurance company or agent ASAP. Provide them with accurate details as to property damage. Keep records of any work initially provided by volunteers

WORKING WITH YOUR ADJUSTER

Don’t assume that your adjuster is there to oppose you. We believe that if you take an honest approach in settling your claim, the process will be less stressful.

Keep good open lines of communication. Keep accurate records of any/all labor performed. Always be completely honest.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT CONTRACTOR

Make certain the contractor holds an A+ rating with the BBB in their base location. Don’t just look on www.yellowpages.com

Is the contactor fully licensed to perform all work based on cost of project? Does the contractor have a certificate of insurance that includes workers compensation,

general liability, each with limits of at least $1 million? Does the contactor have experience in this type of work? Can they provide references? Does the contractor have proven Integrity and Honesty based on customer referrals?
