******These founding members were involved in a regional cathodic protection group formed in the 1930s, when the study of cathodic protection was introduced.

*14*NACE Corrosion Network The benefit of a list server is that it gives you the opportunity to consult with a wide range of experienced professionals. The down side is that you will not be interested in all the questions and answers generated. Consequently, you are encouraged to consider the specific SUBJECT before opening the message. If you are not interested in the SUBJECT, discard the email immediately.

*Corrosion: Annual eventThe world's largest gathering dedicated to the control and prevention of corrosion. It is comprised of technical symposia, research sessions, technical committee meetings, current issue presentations, informative lectures, and a comprehensive four-day exhibition.

Pipeline & Integrity Management Seminar:2-3 times a year Understand the impact of changes and issues affecting pipeline integrity. Real-world presentations focus on best practices and how to apply them within your organizations.

International Pipeline Coatings Conference:2-3 times a year International technical experts consisting of major pipeline company engineers and coating specialists share their unique first-hand knowledge and experience in state-of-the-art pipeline coatings and pipeline rehabilitation.

Corrosion Technology Week (CTW) - Five Days Hundreds of MeetingsCorrosion Technology Week (CTW) is an annual work week sponsored by the Technical Coordination Committee (TCC) of NACE International. Its purpose is to provide a series of technical committee meetings focusing on various methods of identifying, preventing, and combating corrosion problems in many industries.NACE members use these meetings to share technical knowledge about specific corrosion problems and their prevention and control, write and review proposed industry standards and technical committee reports, and plan future committee goals and activities. This is the place where industry standards and reports are prepared and where future technical symposia are planned. These meetings provide participants with a forum for exchanging technical information and solutions to corrosion problems encountered around the world, therefore enabling them to stay abreast of state-of-the-art practices in the corrosion industry.
