WHAT IS SPACELAB DETROIT?
SpaceLab is a coworking and shared
office community. Private offices, desk
space and meeting areas are available for
rent by the hour, day or month.*
Our space is beautifully designed, and our
members are the best feature. SpaceLab
is a community for professional service
providers, including those who enhance
the built environment—architects,
construction consultants, interior
designers, real estate developers, and
manufacturers’ representatives—as well
as technology experts, lifestyle
consultants, nonprofit organizations and
others.
OUR MISSION
SpaceLab inspires creative work and
provides an opportunity to connect
with like-minded consultants and
experts in a shared work
environment.
OUR VISION
• To encourage business growth.
• To disrupt the built-environment ecosystem through innovative and thought-provoking
discussions and the exploration of inventive processes.
• To encourage a more thoughtful approach to the design, building and real estate lifecycle.
