September 2016-Present Assistant Director, Continuing Medical Education, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine, Memphis, TN. Oversees all requests and offerings of Continuing Medical Education for all Departments and Divisions in the Colleges of Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy, and others including partnerships with healthcare providers at local, state and national conferences.

September 2001-August 2016 Training Coordinator/ Community Education Coordinator, University of Tennessee Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities, Memphis, TNDevelop and administer graduate leadership training curriculum to at least 25 students per year. Develop and implement 6-10 professional trainings and workshops per year. Assist local and state agencies with conference planning and continuing education events. Maintain and administer Professional Continuing Education Accreditation for multiple organizations. Act as BCDD representative to local, state and national advocacy and disability groups. September 1997-May 1999 Victim Support Counselor, Shelby County Government Victims Assistance Center, Memphis, TN. Provided ongoing case management, safety planning and advocacy in court for victims of domestic violence. Also ran victim support group and community education on domestic violence and resources for community.
