OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT: Manage over 610 training and assessment requests from 19 ships; identify scheduling conflicts and provide cost effective solutions to meet the needs of all ship requests with minimal training regrets. Ensure all FDNF ships are at their highest possible state of readiness. Perform training curriculum development activities. Manage program evaluation and performance measurement projects with a focus on training effectiveness and organizational performance measures. Research and analyze exercises and training activities. Propose changes to improve learning effectiveness and job performance.

LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION: Provide comprehensive leadership, management, and direction to 22 Sailors.
