Dr. Raleigh Perumal is an ordained minister and conference speaker, as well as the founder of Harvest Family Church in Durban, South Africa. As lead pastor for 27 years and overseer of additional ministries in Phoenix and Kloof, Dr. Raleigh has continued to fulf il l his ministerial calling and vision.

It?s has been his passionate desire to build families for l ife, making a positive impact in communities, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Raleigh is the spiritual son of Dr. Jonathan David, presiding apostle of the International Strategic Alliance of Apostolic Churches, better known as the ISAAC Network.

Dr. Raleigh Perumal received his doctorate of ministry from the International Graduate School of Ministry in the United States. He is also a qualif ied Industrial Engineer. Dr. Raleigh was married for 41 years to his lovely wife, Ruby, who recently transitioned to be with the Lord on March 3, 2014. Dr. Raleigh has two children and f ive grandchildren and presently resides in Durban, South Africa.

.One may ask, ?Why write a book about grief?? The truth is, sooner or later all people f ind themselves in the unfortunate position of being confronted with grief in one form or another. Grief is no respecter of persons and has no preference for age, gender, color, or social status. No one is ever really prepared to deal with grief, though out of necessity (l ike being thrown into the deep end of the pool to learn how to swim), we learn to cope when grief is thrust upon us without warning. No doubt at this very moment many people all around the world are in bereavement over the loss of a loved one, whether a son or daughter, mother or father, husband or wife. At the loss of a loved one, the pain can become unbearable, locking those left behind and suffering in a prison house of grief, where they are unable to be consoled. Both relatives and friends attempt to bring comfort the best way they know how, saying heartfelt statements to those who are hurting, such as, ?Don?t worry, in time all will be well,? ?Time heals all wounds,? ?We?ll be praying for you,? ?We?re here if you need us,? and so forth. As meaningful as the statements are, these gestures of love very rarely help those who are presently grieving. I can attest to the fact that these very statements did not help when I found myself grieving over the loss of my precious Ruby, who went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on March 3, 2014, after 41 wonderful years of marriage. By the grace of God, while going through my own grieving process, I?ve discovered many valuable tools that have assisted me in overcoming the despair of grief. It?s my heart?s desire, in this book, to share with you the tools I?ve applied in my own life that have enabled me to overcome grief. Since the passing of my lovely Ruby, I?ve had a number of opportunities to share my testimony and console other family members through their process of grieving, with much success. It?s amazing how they were restored, giving thanks to God for setting them free from grief and pain. With humbleness of heart and spirit, I long to share these precious tools with you in an attempt to set the captives free from grief and pain in their own lives. Throughout the pages of this book, we?ll learn how God desires to deliver us from grief and use us to deliver others who suffer from the loss of loved ones. We?ll learn how to console others in the midst of our own grief and, in doing so, receive an opportunity for healing ourselves. It?s important to note that God is love; He is the very source of all comfort, and we?re blessed to be considered channels used by God, bringing comfort to all who are grieving. It?s my prayer that through this book I will help many who are hurting from the loss of a loved one to overcome grief in their own lives by learning to live life free from grief. As you read through the pages of this book, I pray you will be comforted by God in the midst of your grieving as much as I was comforted by God in mine. The primary reason that most kids misbehave is because they don?t have good problem-solving skills. .

They are presented with a problem, such as feeling that something is unfair, and they don?t know what to do about it. Instead of responding thoughtfully, they react impulsively. If they f ind that this reaction ?works? for them somehow, they continue reacting like this over and over.

Parents are suddenly confronted with a child or teen whose behavior they don?t understand, so they too end up reacting, instead of responding. And the cycle only gets worse.
