Supervision This program is offered in two formats: as six individual courses or one comprehensive program. The two formats are the same length and have similar goals and content. Both programs address the key skills involved in the challenges and complexity of managing staff. Typically, it is not the content of the work or tasks that cause problems for supervisors and managers but rather interacting with people and shifting focus from doing the work yourself to getting the work done through others. As a former department head director she brings a wealth of hands-on, real world experience to her workshops and presentations. Janet LaFlamme, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PCC Janet LaFlamme has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. She has held leadership positions in health care, higher education and nonprofit organizations as well as adjunct faculty positions teaching courses in Human Resources at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. INDIVIDUAL COURSES (6 days) Students may register for each course separately.
