Furuno Voyager Bridge Solution

The Furuno Voyager is an integrated navigation system

Not Type Approved in accordance with MSC.252(83). Development is in

progress. Type Approval will follow.

A future proof platform is in place and available for sale.

Further development will be software upgrades.

The Furuno Voyager concept has been installed on 400

ships

by now.

The new platform for remote support (now in beta test with

NYK) will be

commercially available Q2 2015.

Harmonised and simplified information exchange ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore.

MSC 94 (November 2014) has approved SIP (Strategy Implementation Plan). Implementation is scheduled from 2016 – 2019.
