Biocompatibility depends on how fillers are stabilized. The scientists working on Neauvia

fillers decided to apply not a common molecule, but a new crosslinker: PEG polymer.

Polyethylene glycol is a gold standard of a biocompatible polymer for pharmaceutical,

cosmetic and medical use.

Our research team have published several

papers on the evolution over time of Neauvia

implant showing how Neauvia fillers have an

optimal distribution and integration in the

connective tissue of the skin.

Neauvia fillers distribute finely in the interstitial

tissue among constitutive structures of the

hypodermis and dermis, even into the smallest

spaces between collagen fibers, always

preserving the structural integrity of the skin.

Moreover, our research team have demonstrated both in vitro and in vivo the

absence of any adverse reaction.

Inflammatory cells surrounding the implant or closely associated with it have never

been found.

The aging process gradually

deprives skin not only of

hyaluronic acid, but also of

collagen.

A solution that really prevents

the aging process is Neauvia

Stimulate: a unique product

which combines pure

hyaluronic acid of probiotic

origin (Bacillus Subtilis) cross-

linked with PEG (poly-ethylen

glycol) and micromolecules (8-12 microns only) of calcium

hydroxyapatite (CaHA), in low

concentration (1%).

The product could be

considered an “hybrid” filler (completely biocompatible

and biodegradable) with both volumizing effect and a

collagenesis activity.

Calcium hydroxyapatite

stimulates the skin self-

production of collage.

Thanks to the small size and low concentration of CaHA

molecules, Neauvia Stimulate fillers are extremely safe.

During the natural degradation

of the product, there is a release

of small particles of CaHA, few at times, that have the right

size to stimulate fibroblasts in producing not only collagen, but also elastin, glycosaminoglycans

and hyaluronic acid (16).

The maximum size of phagocytes is

around 55 microns, so they can’t eat

CaHA in particle fillers but create a

capsule around the particles. This does

not happen with Stimulate, thanks to its

small size of CaHA.

Moreover, Stimulate makes the CaHA

gradually available in 9 to 12 months,

stimulating collagen production by

signaling, after that phagocytes eat

CaHA particles.

Neauvia Stimulate is a unique product, the only one which offers not only great filling effect but also a long term biostimulation. The 26 mg/ml of hyaluronic acid is complemented with 1% of calcium hydroxyapatite. Calcium hydroxyapatite used in Neauvia fillers has small particle size (8-12 microns) and is well spread in the cluster of the hydrogel. This assures stability of the particles that have no possibility to migrate. The small sizes of CaHA particles do not interfere with phagocytes activities and are gradually released during the degradation of the implant, not all at once. The safe and optimal concentration of CaHA is able to provide excellent results without creating side effects.

Stimulate Man is the first filler dedicated to help fighting the time in two ways. 28 mg/ml of hyaluronic acid and high viscoelasticity of the hydrogel fill tissue deficits for a long time. The addition of 1% of calcium hydroxyapatite gives extra stimulation effect by activating fibroblasts to collagen stimulation. Calcium hydroxyapatite used in Neauvia fillers has small particle size (8-12 microns) and is well spread and crosslinked in the hydrogel. This assure stability of the particles that have no possibility to migrate.

A series of 4 treatments with 3 week intervals between all treatments should be performed to achieve optimal results.
