Allows customer to run at lower temperatures for significant savings without the fear of foul odors. It is safe on aluminum, ferrous and yellow metals and has in process rust protection. Use at 3% minimum for biostability. Quench-Kleen 5343 Cleaning compound designed to economically remove quench oils between quenching and tempering operations. The product has excellent oil splitting capabilities to pop the oil from solution allowing for the reclaiming of both cleaner and oil and extending bath life as well as providing a smoke free shop. Cerfa-Kleen ® 5334 Our most versatile cleaner. Cerfa-Kleen 5334 is a medium duty cleaner that contains rust protection and is oil splitting, extending bath life. It can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Dasco-Kleen ® 02365 Concentrated heavy duty alkaline cleaning compound designed for use in spray washers. It is highly effective at removing difficult soils such as heavy drawing, lapping and stamping compounds. Use at 3-4%. Contains silicates. May also be used in immersion cleaning processes. Immersion Cleaner Cerfa-Kleen ® 5502 Immersion cleaner for ferrous and aluminum. In process rust protection. It emulsifies the oil off of the parts. Use at 140° F max. Also a very good vibratory cleaner. Cerfa-Kleen ® 5334 Effective in ultrasonic applications where oil removal equipment is in place. Phosphated with a grease cutter. Good oil splitter.
