Vibration sensors:
Our products include general and special purpose accelerometers, velocity sensors, eddy current probes and LVDTs. They are used in a diverse
range of applications, such as; automotive, aerospace, industrial processing, power stations and wind turbines. Also, as an OEM we can design and
develop custom built sensors.
General Purpose Monitoring Sensors:
Monitoring Sensors are for use with PLC’s and other industrial controllers to provide the user with a continuous output of vibration usually as a 4-
20mA signal. Changes in the monitor signal will allow the user to spot vibration changes in the part of the machine to which the sensor is attached.
Rapid changes accompany such conditions as machinery working loose from its mountings, fan blade malfunction, bearing failure all of which
require immediate attention and machine shutdown to avoid widespread damage and loss of machine time. If the signal is logged at regular
intervals, gradually increasing vibration indicates wear in the part of the machine where the sensor is fitted calling for replacement or detailed
study with a portable vibration analyser.

The 4002ALM-6 has been designed to perform virtually any Trip Amplifier function 'out of the box’.
With input types including mA, volts, thermocouples and RTD's and others and a re-transmitted 4-20mA or voltage output as standard, the
4002ALM-6 has every feature required built-in as standard. Functions such as latching, delay on, delay off and power on delays can all be called
up from the built-in menus, no PC software or programming is required. The power supply can be anything from 16 to 30Vdc.

The 2002ALMHL accepts a wide range of mA and voltage inputs, including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V and 1-5V.the unit has two relay alarm outputs
which can be configured as high or low alarms and both relays have change-over contacts which are mains rated.Each relay can be configured as
fail-safe or non-fail-safe and each LED indiactor can be ON when the units is in alarm or OFF when an alarm state is reached. It is also possible to
use the device as a latching trip amplifier with a single alarm output.
The unit is powered from a range of voltages including 12Vdc 24Vdc and 24Vac.
