TRIO Vibra ng Feeders are rugged, robustmachines capable of absorbing the large surge loadsfrom truck haulage equipment or wheel loadersproviding an even, regulat aterial todownstream processing. Deep ridged, low carbonsteel side frames and a thick feeder pan arefabricated and stress relieved with honey comb style reinforcement. Grizzly sec ons have fully adjustablespacing with tapered openings in both dimensions toprevent clogging. The material load on the feeder is moved along bytwo parallel contra-rota ng eccentric sha s gearedtogether. The forged steel eccentric sha s rotate onlarge spherical, self-aligning roller bearings running inan oil bath for minimum maintenance.

TRIO o ers two con gura ons of horizontal impactcrushers: the APP Series for high-produc on primaryapplica ons and the APS Series for high produc onsecondary or recycling applica ons. All models areavailable as bare units and in sta onary and portablecon ra ons.

TRIO horizontal impactors are all equipped with solidcast steel or fabricated stress relieved rotors in 2, 3 or4 row blow bar con gura ons. These extra-heavy dutyrotors provide the mass and strength necessary tocrush feed material up to 1300mm (52 inches). TRIO crushers are among the most heavy-duty machinesavailable. TRIO Inclined Screens incorporate precision machinedforged steel eccentric sha s that rotate on largespherical, self aligning, roller bearings. The stroke oramplitude is easily adjusted with counterweights thatare bolted t reen side plates aremade from hot rolled steel with s ener plates aroundthe vibra ng mechanism. Our screen side plates areplasma cut with CNC punched holes to eliminate stressfa gue. Screen support decks are robo cally fabricatedand stress relieved as one piece cambered deck frames,

at pr ks are available for Urethane and Rubbermedia applica ons. All components mounted to thescreen side panels are a ached with huck bolts. Thevibra ng units are a ached with threaded bolts for easyservicing. No welding is used, this process insuresstructural integrity and eliminates stress fa gue in thescreen body insuring a long produc ve service life.

TRIO’ s Coarse Material Washers are designed toscrub and clean gravel and crush stone up to 3” (75MM) in size. The unit’ s cast paddles provide ahighly abrasive washing ac on that separatesaggregate from very water soluble slimes, silts, soclay, and organic par cles. Coarse material washerscan be adjusted to accommodate a variety ofapplica ons by varying the spir hts and paddlecombina ons, changing the amount of water usedand adjus ng the height of the ov weirs. Classifying is accomplished when coarse materialcontaining deleterious material that has a speci cgravity less than the coarse mat atedupwards and carried over the adjustable weirs atthe back of the machine. TRIO Fine Material Washers or Sand Screws are asimple method to clean, classify and dewater egranular material (sand). Cleaning and classifying removes water soluble clay,silt, and micro siz r cles typically less than150 mesh. This is accomplished by hydraulicsepara on; using water to clean and classify by weight.Larger par cles (Sand) weigh more so they sink andare collected in the bo om of the trough. They aredischarged by a double pitched steel spiral sha withreplaceable cast wear shoes. The smaller lighterunwanted par cles ar ated to the surface anddischarged over the weirs at the lower end of themachine. All washers use a TRIO built, extreme duty gearboxthat runs in an oil bath. Permanent magnets o er an economical ferrousremoval solu on. TRIO’ s powerful self-cleaningpermanent magnets are suspended overhead,mounted in heavy-duty steel frames and equippedwith a heavy-duty stainless steel armored beltconveyor. The magnets require no electric power andthe conveyor belts can be driven either by electric orhydraulic power.

Both series are equipped with AC-DC convertersthat can adjust the magnet strength. Theseelectro-magnets are rugged and reliable, and can be installed on a sta onary structure or incorporatedonto a portable conveyor.

TRIO CRS Series is not equipped with a beltconveyor, and is suitable for material of lower ironcontent.

TRIO CR & CRS Series Electro-Magnets u lizeelectric powered magnets that e ciently work inheavy-duty applica ons. The CR Series is self-cleaningand equipped with a stainless steel clad beltconveyor, which can quickly a ract iron anddischarge it to ground or collec ng containers. Helical gear tooth design and twin taperedbushings make these reducers the op mal gearboxfor conveyors, mixer and packing machines. Corrosionresistant, precision machined, duc le iron casthousings with ribbed housing construc on providesstrong bearing and gearing support. Oil is channeledto all bearings for superior lubrica on. Double lipseals retain oil while locking out dirt.
