All Annaleece products are made by hand, receiving a quality inspection at the manufacturer and again at the distribution point. Our items are warranted against defects to ensure our customers the best possible product.

Jewelry Care

• Annaleece jewelry products are made from select high-quality materials. Our products are plated with 22k Gold, Rhodium and/or Ruthenium (or a varied version of these precious metals) and are made exclusively with Swarovski® Elements and fine jewelry components.

• To prolong the life of your Annaleece Fashion Jewelry, occasional wear is recommended. It should not come into contact with chlorinated water, cleansers, perfumes, harsh abrasives or hard surfaces/objects, and should not be placed in ultrasonic cleaners, jewelry dips and/or ammonia based products.

• Should your jewelry become dirty and need cleaning, we recommend using a jeweler’s cloth.

• If your jewelry should become excessively dirty, rinse with warm water and then use a jeweler’s cloth to dry thoroughly. However, please be advised that repeated exposure to water may cause crystals/gemstones to loosen and/or fall out. Missing stones for this reason is not considered a manufacturer’s defect and therefore is not covered under our Manufacturer’s warranty.

Accessory Care

• Leather: Annaleece leather products always feature quality Genuine Leather, a durable, long-lasting and natural material, featuring unique characteristics from one piece to the next.

• To care for your Annaleece Genuine Leather Accessories, we suggest visiting your local leather care store for application of an approved water repellant spray. Leather should not come in contact with water, perfumes, cleansers, alcohol/chemical based products, harsh abrasives or sharp surfaces/objects.

• Should your leather products become dirty and need cleaning, we suggest using a professional dye-free leather cleaner.

• Thai Silk: Annaleece Thai Silk Accessories are woven on a hand loom giving them a natural sheen and luster. Due to the nature of the material, colors may vary.

• To maintain and extend the life of your Annaleece Thai Silk we suggest preventing contact with water, perspiration, perfumes, cleansers, alcohol/chemical based products, harsh abrasives or sharp surfaces/objects.

• Should your silk need cleaning or ironing, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
