Pedigree Technologies OneView® Quarterly Update – 2016 Q2
Asset Summary Tab Admins will see a new tab when looking at Assets in the admin area. The first tab is Asset
Summary which will show a total of each type of asset and divided into Live, Pre-Installed and Retired. This summary
is also exportable. You’ll also see a summary of actor classes with the same breakdown.
User Summary Tab Admins will see a new tab when looking at Users in the admin area. The first tab is User
Summary that shows a breakdown of user groups and how many users are in each group, as well as a breakdown of
actor class. The total of the actor classes will be your total of users, but your total of each group will not be your total
users since users can be in more than one group.

Device Summary Tab Admin with Device Management permission will see a Device Summary Tab when looking
at the Devices Tab. This will break down totals of each of the assigned and unassigned devices in your account. They
are exportable as a CSV.
Edit Fuel Purchase
A newer permission for administrators is to be able to edit fuel purchases. This is not a Q2 update, but is worth
mentioning again. Any fuel purchase event can be edited to eliminate errors that interfere with accurate IFTA
reporting, such as a driver entering 5005 gallons instead of 50.05 gallons.
1. Click on the Fuel Purchase Event
2. Click on the Edit button in the open event window.
3. Make necessary changes and Save.
