ALL WEATHER RESISTANCE In 2011 AIS launched its elite and intelligent Aero Lite jacket range. This jackets range offers a weather protective outer covering with superior thermal performance from only 10mm thickness of insulation infill when compared against a conventional 50mm thickness of Mineral Wool Insulation infill.

All specialist materials used are of premium quality and are sourced & purchased only from approved suppliers in line with our certified ISO 9001:2008 procedures.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTIONThe Aero Lite system has an innovational and intelligent fail safe system built into the design. This assures that in the unlikely event water was to penetrate the underside of the insulation jacket it will intelligently draw any moisture away from the pipe or equipment and dispose of through its built in ventilation system.

USAGEThe Aero LiteTM Jacketing range can be used in many different applications. Widely used for heat conservation and personnel protection from hot equipment in the Oil and Gas Industry and for frost protection of cold equipment, the jacketing is not limited in its application.

All jackets exceeding 1.5 square metre in size will be fitted with 4 x quilting pins per 1.5 square metre evenly spaced therefore ensuring that all inner materials are held in place at all times.

The Aero LiteTM removable thermal insulation jacket range is the world’s thinnest insulation jacket at only 10mm thick. It offers significant benefits such as space and weight savings. Hydrophobic properties and weather protection ensure this is the most effective product to prevent corrosion under insulation.

AERO LITE UVTM

The Aero Lite UVTM range has been created to withstand high levels of Ultra violet light (UV) to significantly increase the lifespan compared to conventional insulation cladding. It also features an intelligent ventilation system ideal for hot climates.

ACOUSTIC PRO The AIS ‘Acoustic Pro’ jacket range boasts all of the insulation properties you can expect from our ‘Weather Pro’ range with an added acoustic barrier within to reduce noise levels by up to a minimum of 40db, from 500hz to 1000hz frequency.

HEAT TRACE PROThe Heat Trace Pro Jacket is designed for applications where heat is needed. This jacketing system is available for a wide variety of equipment. The Heat Trace Pro, incorporating ATEX approved heating systems, is suitable for use in hazardous areas.

HIGH TEMP PRO The AIS “HT Pro” removable thermal insulation jacket has been specially engineered to withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C. This HT Pro insulation jacket is ideal on high temperature pipe-work and extreme temperature equipment such as turbines and exhaust systems.
