HOW TO PREPARE
Soak a 5 -7 cm long strips of Kombu in 1 ltr water for 25 min. Bring slowly to boil and gently simmer for 5 min.If the Kombu is soaked in water for a hour prior to cooking, it will become tender enough after simmering to slic add to vegetable dishes to consume.
