AUTOMATED CALL LOGGINGAll Alteva HD Voice incoming and outgoing calls are automatically logged to matching contacts. It logs the duration, date, time and custom notes.

CALL TAGGING AND NOTATIONEasy to use call tagging and note taking for all inbound/outbound calls, recorded in Clio contact communications. In addition to logging the call to a contact, you also have the option to associate the call to any related matter.

AUTOMATIC TIME ENTRYAutomatically create time entries based on call duration with the option to change the billing rate of the call, add tags, and make notes.
