Filtration Solutions

Johns Manville has been providing filtration solutions since the 1940s and offers one of the widest arrays of filtration products in the world. JM has a broad range of product technologies serving the filtration segment which include Synthetic and Glass Fiber solutions. The synthetic products include Spunbond Polyester (PET), Meltblown Polypropylene (PP), and Meltblown Polyester (PBT). The glass fiber products include Glass Air Media, Sliver and Microfibers. Our diverse product portfolio allows us to design and engineer custom solutions to meet existing and emerging application requirements.

MELTBLOWNJohns Manville Evalith® meltblown media is used in an array of liquid filtration applications including fluids processing, food and beverage and pharmaceutical. The meltblown media enables high efficiency filtration. It is available in both polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PBT) as well as calendered and uncalendered.

Johns Manville Evalith synthetic composite media is used in an array of air filtration applications. The synthetic composite media is designed for low pressure drop and high dirt holding capacity. It is a charged, multi-layer meltblown and spunbond polypropylene nonwoven that can be either stitched, heat sealed or ultra-sonically bonded.
