The Terex® Finlay J-1160 is a compact and aggressive tracked mobile primary jaw crusher. Incorporating a Terex Jaques JW40 jaw crusher a heavy duty vibrating grizzly and an integrated prescreen system the Finlay J-1160 gives optimum production in quarrying, mining, demoli-tion and recycling applications.

Its compact size, quick set up times, ease of transport and simple maintenance make the Finlay J-1160 ideal for small to medium sized operators.

The Terex® Finlay J-1480 incorporates the Terex® Jaques JW55 single toggle jaw crusher which boasts a throughput capacity up to 700mtph depending on application and material. The machine is available with direct drive to offer improved fuel effi ciency and greater power utilisa-tion or hydrostatic drive which offers reversible operation for clearing blockages and demolition applications. The large 10m³ hopper has hydraulically folding sides and hydraulic wedge clamp system provid-ing faster machine set up time. The machine features a vibrating pan feeder linked to an aggressive independently driven pre-screen which provides optimum separation of dirt, fi nes and diffi cult materials.

The Terex® Finlay I-110 tracked impact crusher has been specifi cally designed for quarrying, mining, recycling and demolition applications. The Finlay I-110 features a 1000mm x 1000mm (40” x 40”) hydrostatic drive impact chamber with variable speed offering. The advanced elec-tronic control system monitors and controls the speed of the rotor and regulates the VGF with integral pre-screen to maintain a consistent feed of material into the impact chamber while maintaining optimal crushing conditions. The machine provides operators high material reductions ratios and produces a consistent product shape.

The Terex® Finlay I-110RS tracked impact crusher provides the versatility of a crushing and screening plant on one machine. Based on the Finlay I-110 this machine features an innovative quick detach 3.600mm x 1500mm (12’ x 5”) double deck screen for sizing and recirculating oversize material back to the crushing chamber. The sizing screen can be quickly removed for applications that do not require resizing or recirculating of materials further processing.

The Terex® Finlay I-130 tracked impact crusher has been specifi cally designed for quarrying, mining, recycling and demolition applications. The Finlay I-130 incorporates a Terex® Cedarapids 1313 impact chamber with direct drive and advanced electronic control system. The large hopper features a variable speed pan feeder and independent pre-screen with constant RPM for optimum separation even if feeder speed is reduced. The machine provides operators high material reductions ratios and produces a consistent product shape.

The Terex® Finlay C-1540RS provides the versatility of a crushing and screening

plant on one machine. Based on the Terex® Finlay C-1540 this machine features an innovative on onboard recirculating system and detachable sizing screen. If recirculation and sizing of materials is not required the sizing screen can be quickly detached from the machine without the need for lifting equipment.

Features:Detachable 12’ x 5’ (3.66m x 1.52m) double deck sizing screen passes over-size material back to the crusher via the on-board recirculating conveyor.

Incorporating the proven Terex® 1300 cone crush-er with direct drive, variable speed control, tramp relief system and ‘on the fl y’ closed side settingadjustment. The machine features an optional innovative pre-screen system with a single deck 8’ x 5’ screen to remove fi nes thus improving plant capacity, product fl exibility and liner wear reduction. The pre-screen can produce a roadbase product from the optional side conveyor which can be fi tted on either side. The Terex Finlay 390 Hydrascreen is a high performance portable screening

The Terex Finlay 596 is the latest development in the Hydratrak range and offers

the operator increased stockpile capacity since the swivel conveyor can rotate

through 1200. It also creates new application opportunities for the 596 such as

pipe laying and trench fi lling operations. Machine movement and swivel conveyor

rotation are all controlled from a hand held remote control.

Designed and developed to fulfi ll the demands of todays high Production Producer,

the Terex Finlay 693+ has surpassed all expectations. Available in three options, the

Supertrak model offers maximum on site mobility incorporating a twin undercarriage

which can be controlled from a hand held radio control. The Superscreen

model is a fully road-going version fi tted with 5th wheel coupling and

triple axle bogie. The third variation is a combination model

fi tted with both twin track undercarriage and triple axle

bogie (which is detachable for onsite tracking). Impres-

FINLAY 984 The Terex® Finlay 984 is a high performance horizontal 3 deck screener that is easy to set up, versatile and ideal for handling large volumes of material in quarrying, mining and recycling applications.

Incorporating the proven 6100mm x 1930mm (20’ x 6’4”) Terex Cedarapids 6203 triple shaft screen for screening four product sizes of products maximising throughput and profi tability. The adjustable elliptical throw of the three deck screen combines linear and circular amplitude to produce and aggressive screening action that reduces plugging and increases quality output.

The 4 on-board product conveyors provide generous stockpiling capacity and fold hy-

The Terex Finlay 770 is a fully self-contained Single Skin unit with hydraulic folding conveyors

and jacking legs allowing rapid set-up time. Standard features include a 2m diameter high

torque variable speed Trommel screen, low feed-in height, quick fi t mesh system and a

large capacity direct feed hopper. Ideally suited to working in compost, topsoil, wood chips

and subbase applications. The Terex Finlay 770 is available either as a wheeled or tracked

machine.

The Terex Finlay 790 is designed specifi cally for processing light demolition debris, ag-

gregates, yard waste, topsoil and compost ‘green waste’ at high production levels. Features

FINLAY HYDRASANDERS

The 100E, 150E and 200E single product Hydrasanders are used for dewatering and removingthe silt content from washed sand. The large diameter bucket wheel, long fines recovery spiraland low power requirements enables these units to be both efficient and cost-effective.Concrete, building, mason and plaster sands can be produced. Tailings can also be dewatered.

Finlay 100TP and 150TP Hydrasanders provide two sands from the one unit. Both models require twoseparate sand slurry flows into the Hydrasander and are dewatered as separate products, typically aconcrete sand and a finer building grade sand.The Finlay 152E and 252E Hydrasanders are specialists in sand classification. Their unique dual flowrecovery spirals enables the operator to seperate two products in the settling tank – typically aconcrete specified sand and a secondary fine product. The system consists of three recovery spiralswith variable speed and direction control. Water pressure jets which agitate the sand in selected areasalso enables better classification. This flexibility allows the operator to meet various sand and marketspecifications.

Mineral slurry flows by gravity from the washing screen into a sumpand from there is pumped to the classifying cyclone. The cycloneunderflow is dewatered via the high frequency dewatering screen fittedwith polyurethane modular panels. The split deck allows two grades ofsand to be produced.

The Finlay Sandmaster can either be skid mounted or fully mobile andcan fit into existing wash plants to produce drier sand and to maximisefine sand recovery.

La arena/agua pasa de manera gravitacional de la criba de escurridohasta un depósito, desde donde está bombeado a un ciclón clasifi-cador. El material procedente del ciclón pasa posteriormente a unacriba de escurrido de alta frecuencia compuesta de paneles depoliuretano. La criba está dividida en dos secciones que permiten laproducción de dos granulometrías de arena.

El modelo Finlay Siltmaster está disponible montado sobre patines o en versión completamente móvil, y puede estar instalado en plantas yaexistentes para producir una arena más seca y para maximizar la recuperación de arena fina.

FINLAY SILTMASTERSThe Finlay Siltmaster system has been designed,using the latest advancements in flocculenttechnology, to remove silt from waste waterwhich is produced as a result of sand andaggregate washing. Normally the recoveredwaste solids paste is deposited to a seepage baysystem where it will continue to dewater beforebeing removed by a wheel loader after a 24-48hour period. The clean recycled water passes outthru the opposite end of the Siltmaster and is re-used in the washing plant.

The Finlay Siltmaster system eliminates the needfor settling ponds, expensive draglines, reduceswater consumption and reduces the risk of envi-ronmental damage due to silt contamination.Available in two sizes, the Siltmaster can beinstalled as part of a new washing plant systemor it can be added at any time to compliment anexisting plant.

FINLAY 206 LOGWASHER

Available in both static and mobile versions,the Finlay 206 Logwasher has been designedto remove clay conglomerates from stoneproducts. Two inclined shafts rigorouslyagitate the material and using the archimedialscrew principal, the stone is pushed forwardtowards the discharge chute. An additionaloption of a final rinse followed by dewateringon a small dewatering screen can bemounted at the outlet if required. The watercontaining the broken down clay particles isweired off at the rear of the Logwasher.

È possibile montare inaggiunta, a livello dello scarico, un dispositivo di lavaggio finale a doccia a monte di un piccolovaglio disacquatore. L’acqua e le parti di fango separate vengono accumulate sull’altra estremitàdel Logwasher.
