2020 will continue with some of the recent uncertainty for Medical Device organisations - supplier price increases, Brexit preparations, the implementation of the new Medical Device Regulations and of course most recently the Covid-19 outbreak. Despite these and other challenges during 2019 Helapet continue to offer a same day despatch service for orders received prior to 3pm.

Our ongoing commitment is to further improve on our service levels in 2020. Within any supply chain the biggest challenge is to know what quantities of any product customers want and when they want them. VaccinePorter® Carriers are validated to transport vaccines and other heat sensitive

products in safety, maintaining thermal performance and integrity throughout its journey

Prior to use:• VaccinePorter® — Pre-condition Medicool® packs at +5°C

for a minimum of 24 hours

• Vaccine MiniPorter™ — Freeze Medicool® packs at –18°C

for a minimum of 24 hours. Remove 20 mins before use

System assembly and packing

1. Open bag and inner chamber lid

2. Place pre-conditioned Medicool® packs on the base of

the system

3. Place the product to be transported in the centre of the

VaccinePorter®

4. Place Medicool® on each side of the system in accordance

with instructions for use, surrounding the product load

5. Place Medicool® on top of the product

6. Place the lid correctly and seal protective outer bag

immediately

To re-use the system:

• Conduct a weight check and visual squeeze to ensure

there is no loss of liquid. If the Medicool® is ±20g different

to the weight shown then we recommend immediate

disposal and replacement

• Chipped or broken inner chambers need to be replaced

before use as this can affect the thermal performance

VaccinePorter® carriers are validated so that product

can be added and removed during use. However

please do not open unnecessarily and remember to

re-seal the system immediately.!

Helapet offer unrivalled quality in the design and manufacture of our inline disc filters, available as off-the-shelf products or custom made specials. We supply filters for OEM and end-user applications in a wide range of markets including pharmaceutical, environmental monitoring, print, food and drink and electronics. Helapet strive to introduce added value to our bespoke filter products, using consultancy based manufacturing and comprehensive testing to meet customer expectations.

Helapet custom manufacture disposable in-line disc filters, used for the vital protection of sensitive instrumentation from the risk of particulates, moisture and micro-contamination. Each filter is produced in an ISO Class 8 rated cleanroom, combining a variety of filter media contained in a circular polymer housing with a selection of inlet/outlet connectors.

Compact, low linting and clean, our filters are used for a variety of equipment protection applications including gas venting, liquid clarification and particle filtration. Our Tampo print technology allows clients to add branding or information directly onto the filter in a range of colours.

We include a comprehensive range of media including PTFE, PES, HEPA and Nylon in various micron ratings to optimise filtration, compatibility and flow rates

2. Select the best filter diameter

Choose from 24mm, 25mm or 50mm sizes to best suit through-put volume

3. Select inlet / outlet connections for your filter

Our filters can be secured to most types of instrumentation and equipment by selecting from an extensive range of physical connectors. Includes Hose Barb, Luer Lock and Pipe Thread options

4. Decide on any printed information or branding

Finalise your filter design by having company logo, branding or vital information printed directly on to the housing in a selection of ink colours:

We pride ourselves on offering a consultancy based manufacturing service, working closely with our clients and using CAD software to create accurate filter designs

Sampling

We can produce prototype samples of each new filter product for you to test before proceeding to manufacture

Sterilisation

Our expert knowledge means we can supply our filters non-sterile or sterilised by Ethylene Oxide (ETO)
