In today’s economic climate secure movement and storage of money, documents and other items of value is of very high priority. Harcor’s varied range of Sealable Security bags offers the choice of bag size and level of security to suit a customer’s exact needs. Harcor can meet the most stringent security standards that today’s public and government bodies demand.

Harcor carries two styles of Tamper Evident Bags. • The first are the reusable bags. These bags are secured by inserting a small seal into a special chamber. Access can only be gained by breaking this seal allowing the bag to be reused. • The second style are the One Trip bags. These bags are designed along the lines of a plastic envelope and once sealed can only be opened by cutting/destroying the bag.

Some Harcor One Trip bags and reusable bags are S.C.E.C. approved for use within the Australian Government, both State and Federal. An example of some areas where these bags are used: • Management of till floats • Gaming chip storage • Storage of prisoner effects • Securing of guests valuables • Secure transport and storage of court and police evidence • Padded and reinforced bags for storage and transport of delicate items • Movement of inter-office mail • Company banking • Cash removal from note validators

Truck and Container Seals are serial numbered. Serial numbers serve as a unique identifier. Harcor recommend having a procedure in place to record the numbers prior to use and removal. Security Seals should always be stored in a safe location when unused and only be issued to authorised individuals.

PE Harcor’s range of tamper evident labels and tape have been utilised in many areas including vehicle hatches, cartons, parcels, conduits, document vali-dation, government and in-dustrial applications, med-ical specimen containers and vehicles used during the Sydney Olympic games to name a few.

Affordable Cobra key rings are made of stainless steel and show any sign of attempts to open them. To lock a key ring, crimp the metal connector with a crimping tool to permanently close it. After that the ring will have to be destroyed for the keys to be removed.

CANVAS• Tightly woven canvas fabric

is durable. Harcor uses canvas to create various custom bags including mail bags, rope bags, equipment bags, shopping bags, blanket bags and many other bag styles. d

CORDURA• Cordura is popular due to its

resistance to damage, wide range of weights and colours available. The fabric is used for many customised styles includ-ing military, outdoor, commer-cial and security.

COTTON• Cotton fabric is widely used

to make soft, breathable and comfortable textiles. Harcor uses cotton material to make a variety of custom bags such as the Cotton Drawstring Bags.

GLOSS & MATT PAPER• Gloss and matt paper is used

to produce retail bags that are strong, durable and have an up- market retail image. The bags are on average made from 150 to 250gsm stock material and are produced to the exact size requirements specified by the client. d

HDPE• High-density polyethylene is a

material that is frequently used to manufacture matt finish bags. HDPE bags can be made to the custom size, printing, handles and gusset required. If a biodegradable bag is required EPI additive is added.

KRAFT PAPER• Kraft Paper is the ideal material

for retail bag manufacture due to it’s strength, durability and finish. Harcor produce custom Kraft Paper bags made from 80 to 120gsm stock material. These bags are made to custom requirements and can include rope style carry handles.

INSULATION• Harcor have supplied a large

range of custom made bags with varied fabrics that include Thermal Insulation. The core benefit of thermal insulation is that it aids in maintaining the temperature of the contents.

LDPE• Low-density polyethylene is

a material commonly used to manufacture glossy retail bags. Harcor offer custom made LDPE bags. These bags could include custom size, printing, carry handles and gusset.

NON WOVEN POLYPRO• Non Woven Polypropylene is

not produced by weaving but is created when the fabric is mechanically bonded together. The fabric is suited to custom bag manufacture due to being strong and lightweight.

PADDED FOAM• Closed cell and dual density

foam are popular materials used for padding bags. These types of foams are ideally used when manufacturing bags, as the foam is not easily com-pressed and is comfortable against the body. Harcor uses this type of foam to protect contents and for comfort.

POLYESTER• Used in the bags manufacturing

due to the fabric’s durability to withstand shrinking, mildew and abrasions. The material can be machine washed and dries quickly. Many of Harcor’s bag styles are made from polyester such as backpacks, art bags, medical bags and fire fighter bags.

PVC• PVC has been used by Harcor

for decades to create security and commercial bags. PVC is a popular fabric to manufacture bags due to its strength and longevity. PVC material is also easy to clean, water resilient and durable. The ideal fabric for many custom bag styles.

The Lockwood CORTEX™ has been engineered for ease of use without compromising on the level of security provided. The unit’s advanced features include various levels of security from basic PIN code entry to advanced Dual (PIN + card) entry for ultra-high security applications. The lock function can be as basic or advanced as you require. If you need a one code entry it can be setup within 15 seconds. However if you wanted to program multiple users with different codes or allow a temporary visitor to enter, then the easy to follow instructions will guide you through it. In addition, CORTEX™ is programmable so that the lock can remain locked or unlocked for any given specified date or period of time. The Lockwood CORTEX™ is available in a range of form factors; including the popular 530 Latch option (with non key override) and 60mm & 30mm backset variants.

HOW GRAVITY WORKS

• Gravity consists of two units holstered together.

• The Belt Unit is affixed to the user’s belt via a strong metal belt clip.

• The Key Unit is holstered to the Belt Unit via a dual action release.

• Master keys and cards are attached to the Key Unit via any standard key ring (tamper proof is best).

• To release keys, the user simply presses a button and lifts the Key Unit up and out from the Belt Unit.

• Upon release, Gravity activates. The Key Unit flashes, indicating that it is now in radio contact with the Belt Unit.

• So long as the Belt Unit and Key Unit remain within range, no alarm will sound.

• In the event that keys are left behind (5-7 steps), the radio signal strength drops to a certain level which activates a three-way separation alarm. The Belt Unit vibrates and chirps. The Key Unit flashes an LED strobe and sounds an 85 db alarm.

• Gravity continues to alarm until the Key Unit is re-holstered to the Belt Unit. • Gravity’s simple but powerful technology virtually eliminates the risk of losing master keys or access

cards.

THE PRODUCTS

iSENSOR is the lighter version of the iSCOUT unit and is not a standalone device. Paired with either the iSCOUT or the IVM, it is the ideal solution for tracking explosive and hazardous cargo. The iSENSOR can also be used to detect environmental changes to prevent spoilage or damage of goods.

IVM (In Vehicle Monitoring unit) is able to give clients full view of how their fleet is being utilised to obtain maximum efficiency. It can also be paired with the iSENSORS to perform electronic cargo tracking.
