3.00 PRODUCT DESCIPTION Global Hybrid Roofing Solutions Synthetic Composite Products are manufactured using 100% recycled post consumer polyolefin waste products in our resins and are 100% recyclable. Each Product has been cast from natural products, giving an authentic natural appearance.

4.00 WARRANTY All Global Hybrid Roofing Solutions Products come with a limited 50 Year Warranty. This Warranty is backed by an Independent Insurance Policy and covers damage to property in the event of damage occurred due to product failure, the policy covers all fixtures and fittings as well as property damage.

15.0 Spanish Tile (Class A)

Global Hybrid Roofing Solutions Spanish Tiles were initially created using casts of natural Profiled Tiles and are manufactured using recycled post consumer polyolefin waste products. Each Product has been cast from natural products, giving an authentic natural appearance.

Spanish Tile is the only synthetic composite product on the market today that is available in seven standard colour shades and seven standard colour blends. The multi colour process gives each blended Tile a unique natural vein blend throughout the product, producing an unrivalled authentic and natural roofline.

The information contained in this document is a summary; all detailed test reports are retained at the company’s Attorneys in Washington D.C. USA, which are available upon request.
