Liberon has been at the forefront of innovation in woodcare for over a century. Today we are constantly striving to develop new products which meet the aesthetic and style trends of today’s modern consumer whilst ensuring high quality performance and long lasting finishes.

Many of our products contain highly advanced technology which results in superior quality finishes for the consumer as well as reassuring the retailer that they can trust the Liberon brand. The extensive Research and Development facility at our parent company, Group V33, in France has ISO 14001 accreditation and develops new technology and innovative formulas every year. In 2009 we introduced the first decking product to contain nano technology in UV filters to give double strength protection to timber against sun damage. In 2012 we will be launching a new metallic effect paint in a range of attractive metallic colours to give a touch of sparkle to the home.

At the heart of new product development lies our environmental criteria which all our products must comply with. We make every effort to minimise our environmental impact throughout the product lifecycle, whether it be the ingredients used in products, their manufacturing methods, transportation from factory to retailer, use by the consumer or final waste disposal, we aim to reduce our use of resources as much as possible.

We are proud to be one of the few companies in the UK with products which have been awarded the European Eco-label. This award is given to products which have satsified strict environmental criteria during their manufacture and use. Liberon products awarded the European Eco-label are highlighted in this catalogue with the ‘flower’ logo.

In addition to environmental concerns, premium performance and long life guarantees are fundamental to Liberon’s values as the brand has become synonymous with high quality. For this reason many of our products are EN71 Part 3 Approved - Safe for toys and/or approved by the Guild of Master Craftsmen. All products with these endorsements carry the respective logos.
