Gratings are suitable for all-round use. They can be found in

both public buildings and private facilities. They can be used

reliably in agriculture as well as in open-air swimming pools

MEASTEP XSL LANDINGS

To complement our new MEASTEP XSL range, we have now also developed a matching solution for landings and intermediate

landings. Here again ease of use, safety and sturdiness are integral to our standards. This results in a very uniform and appea-

ling mesh pattern for the user.

Thanks to a low weight, their installation and fitting are just as easy as the installation of the MEASTEP XSL.

The continuous, uniform mesh pattern (available in mesh sizes 30/30 and 30/10) gives the staircase builder unlimited and

completely new design options. The attractive appearance is compelling across the entire range.

MEASTEP XSL landings and intermediate landings are fabricated from S 235 JR steel and hot-dip galvanised to DIN EN ISO 1461

in a full-immersion process. The MEASTEP XSL design is available in practically every conceivable shape and size, with but also

without an anti-slip nosing.

The staircase kit MEASTEP for exterior and interior use offers outstanding benefits and remarkable innovations. All steel parts

are hot-dip galvanized to DIN EN ISO 1461; all bolts, nuts, washers and other small parts have been given a special coating and

offer excellent corrosion protection. Every staircase construction kit MEASTEP includes a single-sided balustrade (able to be

fitted to both sides), MEASTEP XSL treads, standard, tread width 1000 mm x depth 270 mm, mesh size 30/30, all the required

accessories, assembly parts, installation instructions, stackable special pallet box 2.40 m x 0.80 m.

The advantage of MEA’s standard gratings is their completely

level surface with a harmonious, precise mesh pattern. The

arrangements of the grating meshes create interesting surfa-

ce structures which, depending on the viewing angle and the

way the light falls, create new visual impressions time and

again. With standard gratings, owners, architects and desi-

gners alike have a great deal of freedom to create their own

designs. For example, gratings are increasingly being used

architecturally as a facade or as a distinctive sun shield in

street scenes.
