• SO WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CONSULTATION?This is where the fun begins! When you book your wedding or session, we want to know everything about you, your family, your house, your style – EVERYTHING! We will talk aboutclothes, your venue or location, and we would love to see images of your home so we can talk about certain wall spaces and plan for something that fits you. When your session day arrives, we’ll have a plan that help us collaborate and make the most of our time together. The consultation is the beginning of a wonderful relationship that will result in photos you'll cherish.

• WHO SHOULD COME TO THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT?Its best if the order appointment is just you and your spouse whenever possible. Parents, grandparents and friends who are interesting in purchasing are also invited. As a special service to all of our clients, your favorite purchased images are posted on Facebook minutes after your ordering appointment so the sharing fun can begin!

• WHAT IF I ONLY WANT A FEW SMALL PRINTS?IJ Photo is a full service, high quality studio dedicated to creating timeless portraits. Irene spends an unlimited amount of time on your session from photography to post processing, and then provides you with the highest quality images to choose from. If you want gift prints only, we recommend you book a mini-session. These sessions happen twice yearly in the spring and fall. They are designed for clients that appreciate quality while having limited budgets.

• WHAT KIND OF INVESTMENT DO MOST FAMILIES MAKE?Most of our clients invest anywhere from $800 to $1500 on their sessions or wedding portraits in addition to their wedding package. However, everyone’s needs are different – some spend a little more and some spend a little less. No matter what you invest, we love all of our clients andwant to make sure that you're images are exactly what you've always wanted.

• WHAT DOES THE SESSION FEE INCLUDE?Your engagement session is a great way to get to know Irene and begin building a relationship. This session includes up to 3 hours of time for the session, help with styling, location and execution of a customized session plan, countless hours of delicate post processing, an in personsales meeting, and the peace of mind that Irene will help you every step of the way. Your session fee does not include digital files or prints, these items can be purchased separately.

Policies

• COPYRIGHT Copyright for all images is the sole property of IJ Photo and protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is ILLEGAL to copy, scan, print, alter, or reproduce these images in any way without written permission from the photographer. This includes scanning or downloading images for the purposes of emailing or printing them at home. Doing so may result in fines up to $150 000. Digital filesinclude a copyright release. Please present this form to the photographic lab when making your own prints.

• EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER Please do not bring your own camera, camcorder or any other recording devices to your session, or allow any family members to do so. If this situation occurs, the photographer reserves the right to terminate the session. If your session is terminated in this way, there will be no refund given.

• USAGE RIGHTS The photographer has the exclusive right to make reproductions. The photographer shall only make reproductions for the client or for use in the photographer’s portfolio, advertising, samples, website and display within or outside their studio. The photographer also has the right to enter these images into photographic competitions, art exhibitions or publications. We understand that sometimes there are circumstances where you may wish for your images not to be used for any of these purposes. Please notify the photographer if this is the case. No fees, royalties, or payment of any kind will be owed in connection with any usage made of any image captured or created by IJ Photo.

• ARTISTIC SELECTION In an effort to provide you quality customer service images with eyes closed, unflattering poses and duplicate images are removed permanently after the photographer completes the selection process. The selection process is entirely the right of the photographer and part of the custom portrait process. Between 20-50 images are selected for portrait and engagement sessions and between 200-500 for weddings.

• PAYMENT Each image is printed to order and cannot be changed or canceled after payment has been made. All sales are final. By signing your invoice you agree to pay for the order total with the terms arrange at time of order. Payment options include full payment, 50% deposit with the remaining balance due within 30 days, three or 6 monthly payment installments. Two credit card numbers are required for installment plans and will be charged on the 1st of each month until the order has been paid in full. Published pricing is subject to change without notice.

• ORDERING Please come to your ordering appointment prepared to place your order. It is imperative that you have reviewed the product guide in it's entirety prior to your ordering appointment. All parties who are apart of the buy decision must be present. If your spouse or parent is not able to attend your ordering appointment will be rescheduled without any preview of your images.

• LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS All items are shipped to you free of charge. If in the process of shipping your ordering products are lost or damaged IJ Photo is not liable. Proof of damage will result inreplacement of your order free of charge.

• REPRINT REQUEST IJ Photo wants you to enjoy your images. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact Irene directly. Reprints are handled on a case by case basis. Evidence and explanation of the issue may be requested. Failure to provide adequate reason for claims of dissatisfaction will result in rejection of your request for reprint. IJ Photo reserves the right to deny a reprint request for any reason. All sales are final.

• DIGTAL FILES Files are released to the client within 24 hours of order placement. When posting images to social media please use the folder labeled “Social Media Files”. These images have been re-sized and watermarked in an effort to make uploading your images fast and easy. Do Not post images without watermarking, or crop images to remove watermarking.
