The Product Analyst is responsible for building consumer engagement solutions by defining software to be built with our technology teams. This position will have a direct impact on our success by helping to create our next generation product suite. Responsibilities: Understand the needs of product stakeholders Creation and management of user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly communicate detailed functionality Work closely with the development team to ensure it is always clear what we are building Stand in for product owner when decisions need to be made Follow best practices established by the team to ensure quality and timely delivery Build and maintain understanding of the product’s technical requirements, underpinnings, and created value for the product portfolio Monitor, measure, and evaluate success of released products and iterate as needed Rapidly test new ideas with qualitative and quantitative research Success Factors: Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization Must have understanding of healthcare systems and their application to customer needs Strong attention to detail Must be able to understand complex systems while still being able to explain them simply to others Able to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means hunting down that elusive metric or rallying the troops to iterate again because you know you can do better Technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience • 2+ years working with technical teams to achieve product goals • Experience building modern digital products for the healthcare market • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and cross-functional teams

(Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, UI/UX Designers) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, nontechnical

manner • Proven experience working with, leading, and motivating cross functional and virtual

teams
