MAX Session Learner Move Screen

Moving a learner retains the status of the learner’s survey and raters’ surveys, as well as the learner’s eLearning status.

Profile Report available to learners as set by Session Administrator on the Learner Reports screen in MAX.

Report Generation has 3 periods based on the Session Start and End Dates.

Learners and raters will be able to complete surveys up to 30 days after the Session End Date. Learners have up to 30 days after the Session End Date to complete the eLearning.

For the initial report generation period (Period 1), the system will automatically generate Profile Reports X days before the Session Start Date. The number of days is defaulted to 5, but the Session Administrator can change the number of days.

The system will automatically generate Profile Reports in Periods 2 and 3 upon receipt of sufficient data.

Session Administrators can download reports in MAX regardless of the eLearning status.

SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge Assessment) o Passed (has completed and passed the SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge

Assessment) o Failed (has completed and failed the SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge

Assessment)

Note:

A passing score on the SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge Assessment is at least 27 out of 30 correct responses.

Learners may take the assessment as many times as they like.

Once Passed, this field will always read as “Passed.” In other words, a “Failed” status can move to “Passed” upon retaking the assessment, but a “Passed” status cannot move to “Failed.”

Passing the assessment is not a requirement for the release of the Profile Report to learners.

Completing the assessment is not a requirement for the release of the Profile Report to learners for this course. The release of the Profile Report to learners through TRACOMlearning.com is solely determined by the MAX Learner Reports page settings chosen by the Session Administrator.

Since surveys are tied to specific products, the learner in this case would need to have a previously generated Profile Report for this specific eLearning product. If they completed a “regular” Universal SOCIAL STYLE survey, the system will not recognize that Profile Report as “existing.” Learners enrolled with Existing Profile Reports will have an eLearning status of “Not Started” and will need to complete the eLearning.

However, if the learner has an Existing Profile Report from another session (with the same eLearning product) and they previously started the eLearning course and do not wish to take the eLearning course from the beginning again, the MAX Session Administrator must MOVE the learner from the previous session to the new session. This will move the eLearning status as well.

Learners will be able to download a PDF of their Profile Report, as well as review the eLearning at any time in the future.

The eLearning course is accessed through the “Complete Your eLearning” link on the learner’s To Do List screen at TRACOMlearning.com.

Upon selecting the link, the learner will be taken to the landing page of the eLearning course.

From the landing page, the learner can either start the course or view the course tour.

eLearning courses are comprised of a series of modules and lessons. Modules for this course are:

1) Introduction 2) Dimensions of Behavior 3) The SOCIAL STYLE ModelTM 4) Tension Management 5) Versatility 6) SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge Assessment

By default, the learner is taken to Module 1 upon entering the course for the first time. The course contains numerous navigation tools throughout to assist the learner.

Should a learner close their browser and then return to the eLearning course through the TRACOMlearning.com To Do List link, the learner will be asked if they want to resume where they left off.

Selecting “Yes” takes the learner to the last page visited in their last session.

Selecting “No” takes the learner to the course landing page.

It is important for the learner to access the eLearning course through TRACOMlearning.com so that the course can track their previous visit, as well as communicate their eLearning status to the MAX Administration System.

Learners should not bookmark the link in their browsers, as this will prevent the course from communicating completion status to the MAX Administration System.

The course contains many different types of pages. A Static Content Page contains no learner interaction. It simply presents concepts and graphics to support learning.

Interactive Content Pages are ones where the learner is asked to click on a certain area to learn more. Directions on the page will lead the learner through the interaction.

Knowledge Check pages are interactive and ensure that the learner is grasping the key concepts as they are presented throughout the course.

Knowledge Check questions are not tracked or scored in the MAX Administration System.

Module 6 of the eLearning course is the SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge Assessment. This assessment will test the learner’s knowledge of all key concepts presented.

The SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge Assessment consists of 30 multiple choice questions. The questions are scored and those scores are passed to the MAX Administration System as a “Pass” or “Fail” score. A passing score is correctly answering at least 27 of the 30 questions.

Learners are not required to complete the SOCIAL STYLE Knowledge Assessment in order to receive their profile results through TRACOMlearning.com.
