1. Tell us... a. ...why you think that the responsibilities and daily tasks of a Producer Online Games at Aeria Games would be the right ones for you. I’m passionate about games and at Aeria Games I expect a daily focus on creating a top class end product that the consumers will enjoy. I’m a true team player and I believe in the power of daily collaborative effort. b. ...Which aspects of your mindset and skillset would enable you to quickly fit into this position. I’m extremely adaptable and my capacity to learn quickly is fuelled by a strong work ethic. I have a proven track record of leading and delivering successful AAA games to market in a producer role. I also have strong experience dealing with internal and external (particularly Asian) teams. 2. What do you regard as the main… a. ...strengths of our games? -‐ Diversity: It seems nearly every game genre and gaming platform is represented on the Aeria roster. -‐ Polish: Although I haven’t played every Aeria Game, the ones I have are highly polished, particularly graphically and narratively – e.g. Chaos Heroes, DK Online. -‐ Balance – In Soldier Front, there is a strong focus on game design, driven by gamers for gamers. For example, the free to play features don’t seem invasive. b. ...weaknesses of them? -‐ I would like to see a prestigious licensed IP game (e.g. a famous film, comic or TV series). -‐ When I played Chaos Heroes I did experience some lag but this is also common with competitors League of Legends / Dota. 3. What do you consider as main challenges of managing an online game compared to any other product? Managing online games differs from other games in that it largely integrates the creation and management of actual communities. The process is on-‐going -‐ not simply “develop, ship, move onto next project.” 4. How would you prove the success of the online game you manage for the company?

Show that: -‐ Key metrics indicate that the player base is happy and expanding. -‐ There is consistent revenue. -‐ Internal and external team members are working innovatively and productively. 5. Please imagine that you work at Aeria Games as a Producer and the revenue of your game is below the expectations: How would you handle and improve this situation? I would collect the facts and analyze exactly what particular problems had negatively impacted revenue. Next, I would ascertain if there was precedence -‐ i.e. has another game been through, this and if so, how did team leads respond? Finally, I would meet with key stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and propose corrective action to bring the performance in line with expectations. 6. Which tasks should... a. ...be part of your next position? The producer must wear many hats. I would expect to be involved in defining the strategic vision, the creation and controlling of project schedules, setting and monitoring development tasks, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring constant cooperation and communication between teams and departments. b. ...not be part of it? No matter what the task, if I can help, I will. But my programming is average and my art skills are limited. Hence, I would expect to not be writing code or creating artwork.
