Shipping:All orders will be shipped via UPS or by preferred provider. Standard in-stock parts will be shipped within one business day after placing an order. Custom parts will be shipped within 2 weeks of ordering.

Payment Terms:Our terms for payment are 1% 15 net 30. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

Returns:All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number on the box and must be shipped freight prepaid and contain all parts. An Return Authorization Number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department by calling toll free at 888.928.7297 or faxing at 815.464.3576. Returns must be received within 30 days of an Return Authorization Number being issued. Returns are subject to inspection by Richardson Products Inc. and may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Custom fabricated products may not be returned unless they were not manufactured as per customer provided specifications.

Warranty:We offer a 1 year warranty on our products from the date of purchase as to material and workmanship, plus a lifetime warranty on hardware.
