Bangor University’s Institute for Competition & Procurement Studies (ICPS), our key associates and our partners are excited to share our programme for Procurement Week 2014 with you.

Procurement Week is an international event that aims to explore the many facets of Public Procurement, Public tendering, Business Development, advances in Procurement training and Procurement Law. Presentations will be given by leading procurement practitioners, lawyers, economists, innovators, strategists and thinkers.

For Procurement Week 2014, we bring you the biggest names in public procurement from around the world, to present and lead discussions on a wide range of procurement topics, addressing challenging local, national and global issues and proposing innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Procurement Week 2012 and 2013 were outstanding successes, with in excess of 400 people in attendance from over 20 different countries. For the first time, Procurement Week is leaving its home at Bangor University’s Institute for Competition & Procurement Studies and is taking place in Wales’ capital city, Cardiff. Our chosen venue this time around will be one of Wales’ finest hotels, the St Davids Hotel & Spa, in cardiff Bay, close to the national Assembly.

We invite you to spend a few minutes browsing through the rest of this brochure to identify the day or days that interest you most. Attendance at all events on days 2, 3, 4 and 5 are free due to the generous support of the European Union and the Welsh Government. Places are limited to ensure that the quality of the sessions are optimised for participants and that the opportunity for audience interaction is maximised, so please book your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
