Frank Sauder HarvestCall’s purpose is to: “Enable the brotherhood to proclaim Christ and serve others beyond the capacity of the local church.” On the surface, this statement could imply HarvestCall is in addion to the local church. However, in reality, the local church is central and HarvestCall exists as an extension of the local church to assist her in fulfilling her God given tasks. As followers of Jesus Christ, it is crical for us to embrace the local church as central and vital for furthering His Kingdom. Find out how. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Making it Possible to Learn Bro. Jon Zeller Many of the children in Haiti are illiterate. Some will live their enti re lives without the basic educati on we all take for granted as we conduct our daily acti viti es. Public educati on is non-existent so private schooling, oft en associated with Christi an churches, is the way many Haiti an children learn to read and write. School children need buildings to gather in to learn. Learn about how HarvestCall partners with Haiti an communiti es to construct roofs on schools and also churches, where communiti es can assemble and hear the gospel message of salvati on.

Why is Child Sponsorship Necessary and Does it Really Work? Bro. Mike & Sis. Suzy WalderIf you are a child growing up in a country where schooling is costly and your family has litt le or no income, getti ng an educati on is a huge challenge. Sponsors are crucial in the lives of children in poverty-stricken countries and provide the only hope many children have to leave the poverty cycle. HarvestCall Child Sponsorship is working to ensure that the educati on a student receives also includes a sound Christi an curriculum and introducti on to the gospel. More important than getti ng earthly wisdom or gain is the ability for each student to read and study the Bible for themselves which leads to transformati on through Christ.

Moti ves for Ministry Bro. John Huber Why do we do what we do? When proclaiming Christ and serving others, do our motives matter? We believe they do. HarvestCall’s Executive Director will provide a scriptural evaluation of the importance of our motives for outreach while considering the impact motives have on how we minister to others.

C C M Local Work with Internati onal Reach Bro. Dave BusselOur Distributi on Centers across the Midwest provide vital infrastructure for many HarvestCall ministries, as well as facilitati ng local outreaches. Learn about the diverse work being done, how the Centers coordinate together, where the materials go, and how you can help. Distributi on Centers are an excellent way for people of all ages and interests to get involved.
