1. If you have received a quote from our HP representative, you will see the quote name and number listed. Copy one of these. (Quote number is recommended.)

2. Go into M-Marketsite and click on the HP catalog

3. Click on the dropdown list under Purchase for buying organization: Select (United States) University of Michigan REMC, then click on the >> button. (Note: selection will not enter if REMC is not selected and this button is not clicked.)

4. Click on >>Quotes. Note: verify that the REMC contract is selected.

8. This will open your quote; review to make sure it is correct. If it is, click on Add to Requisition>>

(Note: If the quote has expired you will get an error message: This quote has expired. As a result, you can no longer use this document to make purchases. In this case you will need to get the quote renewed. If HP has updated product numbers you will get an error message: This quote contains products or
standards that are no longer available for purchase or products whose configuration is no longer valid. As a result, you can no longer use this document to make purchases. In this case you will need the quote updated.)
(Note: Quantities on a quote cannot be change in M-Marketsite, or when returned to an ePro req. If you need a different quantity than what is stated on the quote, you will need to get the quote renewed.) It is allowable to put more than one HP quote into a cart.
9. This will return your quote into M-Marketsite from the punchout, where you can Proceed to Checkout.
