General issues faced during course kits
– Course kit delivery lead time is 20 days from the time of ordering
– Correct PO date & format
– If the bill to and ship to address are different, please mention it in the PO
– Please note PTC do not provide any course kits for PRO WILDFIRE 5.0
– PTC will accept PO only in the count of 10
– Courses mentioned in the PO should be as per an ATC & student’s eligibility

Certification Process!!
Terminology:-
Not applied: student not filled in the feedback form
Approved: Approved by the signing authority of ATC
Issued: In printing process or already delivered to the students
Process (Students):-
Student after attending the test fills in the feedback form
This feedback form needs to be approved by director
PTC receives the request and send the certificate
Process (Instructor):-
Instructor on completion of test, drops an email to PTC
PTC checks the record
Issues the certificate
