Process Of Collecting And Re-manufacturingRecyclable Materials

Recycling of Newspaper•Recycling process of newspaper includes the process that separates the inks from newspaper fibers and then turned into pulp.

•This pulp is washed, bleached and mixed with wood chips to strengthen it•The pulp is poured on a screen to drain, then flattened and dried as it passes through steam-heated rollers. It is trimmed and rolled in order to be reused as newspaper.•After recycling newspaper it can be used as wrapping paper and reprocessed into newsprint.

Recycling of Cardboard Boxes• It is pulped and blended with wood chips (new

pulp).• This new pulp is screened and rolled.• It is converted into 2 types of cardboard layers

ribbed inner & linerboard outer layer after drying it.

• These 2 layers are then sold to cardboard box plant where they are converted into new box.

Recycling of Aluminium•Aluminium pieces are converted into small chips

and then melted•Turned into ingots•Ingots are sent to aluminum sheet manufacturing plants•These ingots are molded and rolled into aluminum sheets•These sheets can be shaped into various aluminum products like car bodies
