Hi-Accuracy™ is an optional feature on many of our RTD sensors. REOTEMP uses high-end fixed point calibration cells to determine precise coefficients for the sensor you purchase. You will later input these values into your transmitter. Once the precision coefficients are entered, your sensor will be roughly 5 times more accurate!

Hi-Vibe™ is an optional feature on many of our RTD sensors. It’s a proprietary sensor design that significantly improves lifespan and helps to maintain calibration in high vibration environments.

The Hi-Vis™ dial is an optional feature on REOTEMP pressure and temperature gauges. Hi-Vis dials can improve safety by increasing the visibility of dial gauges in low-light environments and from a distance. It can also be used to highlight critical process lines or dangerous areas.

REOTEMP’s proprietary diaphragm seal feature, Pulse Plus™ dramatically reduces the effects of pulsation on mechanical pressure gauges. It increases gauge lifespan and improves safety.

REOTEMP uses a combination of fixed point temperature calibration cells and fluid-filled calibration equipment to perform temperature calibrations from -321°F to 2,372°F (-196°C to 1,300°C). REOTEMP also offers pressure calibrations from inches of water up to 30,000 psi. Our friendly and knowledgeable calibration technicians will ensure your instrument has the accuracy required for your application.
