COINCIDENCE, OR COSMIC" ~ e n something happens twice, or more t imes, weoften a t t r ibute i t to coincidence. When i t occursthree times over a period of t ime, and occurs in nature ,one would believe the pattern re la tes to natural lawsand i s cosmic. One incident happened in 1919. Another was revealedin 1952 and again in 1971, and a l l of these threepatterns are al ike so we rule out coincidence. Thef i r s t , in 1919, was revealed in Seat t le , Washington.U.S.A. The second, in 1952, was published in German inInnsbruck, Austr ia , in Europe. The th i rd in 1971 waspublished in Portland, Oregon. The kinet ic energy of a moving charge i s complete-ly manifested in the magnetic f ie ld tha t i s formed a-round i t . (This i s true of a l l moving bodies whethercharged or uncharged!) The reasons for th is wil l notbe given here. As anyone who has worked with coi lswrapped around an iron core has noticed, the ins tanti t i s connected to a source of elect r ic i ty there is amomentary surge of current tha t great ly exceeds theoriginal current . As soon as e lec t r ic i ty i s appliedto such a coi l , magnetism i s induced in the iron core. This of course, produces a change of magnetic flux, which in turn induces an EMF in the co i l which tend sto increase the flow of current which induces a grea te rmagnetism in the i ron, etc .

This condition quickly reaches a maximum. Whenthere i s no more change in the magnetic f lux, thecurrent ins tant ly drops back to normal. As soon as thecurrent i s cut off the magnetic f ie ld collapses and wehave an ins tant surge of current in the oppositedirect ion for the same reasons. During these e ~ t r e m e l yshort intervals of time we had a current output tha tgreatly exceeded the input! THIS ALONE SHOWS THATOUR COIL IS A PERFECTL FEASIBLE PROJECT.

I t has always been assumed tha t amperage alone ina coi l surrounding an iron core determines the extentto which the i ron i s magnetized. THIS IS FALSE. I t iswattage (vol ts times amps) tha t is the d e c ~ d i n g factor .This is in keeping with the important principle statedear l ie r . Since wattage is a measure of energy, theenergy or in tensi ty of the magnetic f ie ld around a wirecarrying a current is direc t ly proportional to thewattage of the current . We already !know tha t i t takesa magnetic f ie ld to magnetize iron so we wil l make gooduse of th is princip le . --FIRST: From where does the inexhaustible source ofe lec t r ic i ty pouring out of a typical generatoror the secondary coi l of a transformer come?

Here we have insulated wires, the ends from whichemanate electrons indef ini te ly , yet there are notenough free e lectrons in the wire to maintain anappreciable current for more than a very short t ime.How do we get the other electrons1 They are not supposed to get through the insulat ion on the wire.SECOND: The second of these puzzles i s the fact tha ta coi l carrying a very modest current with analmost imperceptible magnetic f ie ld wil l in duce considerable magnetism in an i ron core, yet the same core placed inside a powerfulcyl indr ica l permanent magnet with the samemagnetic configuration as the coi l , buthundreds and even thousands of times the in t ens i ty , fa i l s to magnetize i t to the extentthe coi l does! WHY?

Taking an overall look a t our problem of generating a current of high voltage from a small i n i t i a lcurrent , i t stands to reason that coi l s of wire mustbe exposed to rapidly changing magnetic f ie lds , and

    4

    5/16

also tha th ese coi ls must be wound on i ron :.cores(This i s mak ing use of the principle described aboveinvolving momentary surges of current) . I f we can geta magne t ic f i el d of high enough intensi ty and one tha tis changing a t a desired frequency from our i n i t i a lDC curren t our problem i s solved. Obviously then, ourDC current must f i r s t be transformed into an AC current .Since we want as rapidly a changing magnetic f ie ld aspossible , the normal 60 cycle current i s insuff ic ient .(Remember - for a given magnetic in tensi ty , the in-duced EMF is direct ly proportional to the ra te ofchange or frequency).

Something on the order of 10,000 cycles persecond or more is desirable. High frequency currentsand high voltages from DC currents are accomplished inbattery operated TV se ts , so we have no great problemhere. At this stage one might ask, "Why can ' t we usea transformer direct ly to get our increase in current?I t must be kept in mind that the wattage of thesecondary can never exceed the input wattage. ByNewton's law of act ion and react ion, the primary co i linduces a current in the opposite direct ion in thesecondary coi l . This tends to produce a cancelationof magnetic effects in the iron core such tha t in anideal transformer there i s no magnetism produced inthe i ron. We thus have only a t ransfer of energy fromone co i l to the other. However, transformers do playa vi ta l role in reaching our object ive.

From our in i t i a l DC current , which now has beentransformed into a very high frequency AC, we wish toproduce as high a magnetism as possible into a sub-s tant ia l iron core which has been laminated,or elseconsis ts of small iron bars or pins impregnated withiron dust ( to prevent eddy currents) . This means wemust put a high number of turns on the core in are la t ively small space, since the coi l should notextend very fa r beyond the core for obvious reasons. For a given wattage, the higher the voltage the smallerthe wire we can use.

Therefore, our in i t i a l AC current should be stepp-ed up by a transformer to several thousand vol ts forthe best resu l t s before passing through the coi l . Weare now faced with another problem. Such a coi l wil lhave a very high inductance or in other words will offera very high impedance to an AC current ; especially on

such a high frequency. This wi l l prevent much currentfrom passing through the co i l unless we do somethingabout i t . I t i s a well known fact that the impedanceof a c i rcu i t containing an inductance and a resis tancecan be reduced by connecting i t in series or para le l lwith a capaci tor . I f a capacitor of the r ight size i splaced in the c i rcu i t , the inductive resis tance , wil l becancel led out completely and we have what is known asa resonant c i rcui t . This happens when the followingrelat ion i s sa t i s f ied - where, F, is theI frequency of our~ =: ----.--~ - - - - - AC current , L, i s.2.1T Y L - c.,.; the inductance ofour coi l in henries and C i s the capacity in farads. The inductance of the coi l can be quickly determinedby checking with an AC ohmmeter and then using thestandard formula for inductive resistance which i s :R = 277FL, where, R, i s in A C ohms. From th is formula,i t is apparent tha t for a co i l of high inductance wemust use a very small capaci tor a t such high frequencies. We have now jumped our major hurdle by creating a highin tensi ty and high frequency magnetic f ie ld . All weneed to do now is surround th is core or electro-magnetwith a ser ies of coi ls wound on i ron cores. Theyshould be brought as close to the pulsat ing magneticf ie ld as possible . I f our coi l s are connected inseries we wil l again have a very high inductance, andi t may be desirable to connect them to a capaci tor foranother resonant c i rcu i t . I f the above instruct ionsare carr ied out properly, we wil l end up with muchhigher voltages than we need so a step down t ransformer is in order, and from there our current can bechanged back into a DC current since such a highfrequency AC could not be used for most appliances.

Depending on the needs there can be many varia t ionsin the number of coi l s , the i r s ize , number of turns, gauge of wire, e tc . , surrounding the centra l core. Nodoubt one question which may come to the minds of somei s , why i sn ' t such a device in violat ion of the lawof conservation of energy. What we are actually doingi s harnessing the energy of the magnetic f ie ld producedby orient ing iron atoms, which fortunately requiresonly a small expenditure of energy. There are tremendous quant i t ies of energy in a magnetic f ie ld of evenmoderate in tens i ty . From the previously stated law, i t

1 ~ equal to the energy of a current necessary to produce a magnetic f ie ld of th is in tensi ty . -

"THE EW SCIEN CE" clear ly shows tha t in e r t ia isdependant on an objects ab il i ty to generate a magneticf ie ld of a certa in in tensity for a given velocity . Anordinary atomhas ine rt ia only because i t has a netposit ive cha r g e effec t , (small as i t may be). Positivecharges follow the r igh t hand ru le while negativecharges follow the le f t hand ru le . Hence, during anincrease in velocity the magnetic f ie ld of positivecharges in an atom tend to cancel out the f ie ld due to the negative charges. Lack of space prohibits anelucidation of the reasons for the net positive chargeof an atom in the normal s ta te .I t i s su ff ic ien t to re la te tha t a former NobelPrize winner, Gabriel Lippmann, about 90 years ago, un-w ittingly demonstrated the valid ity of the princip le

s ta ted above, when he found tha t bodies in the chargeds ta te offered a greate r resis tance to accelera tion thanwhen they were uncharged. This experiment was quicklyforgotten since i t undermined the established "laws"involving mass and in e rt ia . We are now ready to under-stand the behavior of a co i l . When a wire i s wound in toa co il the magnetic effec ts of a current are re inforced. This means tha t each segment of the wire experiences amore intense magnetic f ie ld than i s the case when thewire i s s t ra igh t. This also means tha t for a givenchange in curren t there i s a greater change in magne-t i c in tensity a t each section of the wire. We also knowa flow of electrons has in e r t ia . The reason fo r induc-tance i s now obvious from what has ju s t been given. Acurrent simply has a greater iner t ia when passingthrough a co il than through a s tra igh t \vire. Since withthe AC, a current i s constantly changing in magnitude,we should, by now expect a co il to offer an impedanceto AC. I t i s also in teres t ing to note tha t an ironcore does not change the impedance of a co il to anyappreciable extent . This i s because the iron atoms arereadily aligned and th e ir magnetic f ie ld i s separatefrom tha t of the current. THIS FACT ALONE MAKESPOSSIBLE THE SUCCESSFUL BUILDING OF OUR ELECTRICALDEVICE. You now have the necessary basic insight tobuild th is device, may your effo r ts meet with success.

In 1952, in a p aper en t i t led ) "The World of TheSecret Forces", a group of Au s t r i an sc ien t i s t s dis -closed the segmented energy pat tern of the surface ofthe Ear th. Their research was carr ied on a t the 481D 0 .North Lat i tude .The segmented checkerboard pat te rn of posi t ive andnegative squares on the surface of the Ear th, a t the magnetic equator , was ca. 32 meters on each side . andbecomes zero a t both magnetic poles . At the 4 8 ~ NorthLati tude the squares were 15.9 meters . They also dis -covered t ha t the Cheops pyramid, in Egypt, i s about30 North Lat i tude and the diagonal of the pyramidmagnetic f i e ld was ca. 30 meters .I t i s amazing t ha t they discovered each of the

squares had pos i t ive and negative poles in the i r cen-t e r s , and tha t these poles conform to "Hubbards EnergyGenerator" in 1919, Cators Energy G e ~ e r a t o r in 1971,and the Chinese "Cosmic Flower" the source of a l l energy. The poles in these checkerboard squares are 2.45me te rs diameter in the center pole and the eightsurrounding poles are 60 em. diameter a t 4 8 ~ NorthLat i tude. We are convinced tha t Hubbard tapped theenergy from these ear th surface poles in Seat t le ,Washington in 1919.Alfred M. Hubbard, was f ron t page news on December17, 1919, in the Seat t le "Post In te l l igencer" newspaper.Hubbard was only 19 years old when he powered an 18foot boat around Portage Bay with a 35 horsepowere lec t r ic motor hooked to h is energy generator which wasonly 11 inches in diameter and 14 inches long. Therewere no bat t e r i es in the boat and the boat ran fo r hoursbeyond the l i f e of bat te r ies .Hubbard's generator was a cen t ra l co i l wound on atube, with eight co i l s around it, wound on i ron cores .Here i s rea l power without smog, or fumes and a t nocost to operate . This explains why the ' ' author i t ies"stepped in and stopped the experiments as in other casesthrough the years .A Finnish c i t i zen , who worked with Hubbard, gaves ome addi t ional data to Art Aho and we have the or ig ina lt ub os th ot were par t of Hubbard's equipment.

Hubbard ran wires North, South, East, and West, 1200feet in each direction from his coi l generator in thecenter. These wires passed over 18 of the earths squarepoles in each direct ion and ended connected to a s tee ltube, with some mercury in i t , in the center of the 1 9 ~pole in each direct ion. The al ternate po la r i ty , fromeach pole crossed, perpendicular to the wire c r ~ a t e d a wave pat tern from one end of the wire to the centercoil-assembly creating a pulse of e lec tr ica l energy. This fixed generator transmitted a resonant energy to the generator in the boat .C an you picture these "no maintenance", "no cost"devices, se t up around c i t i e s , supplying power to thepresent c ircu i ts , with no radiat ion from reactors, nosmoke from steam-plant generators, and no danger from

    PRICES, PRODUCERS AND PLUTOCRATS

In the "Proceedings" issue of July , August, September, 1969, on page 14, we said "Price and wagh controlsare on the way as sure as we are presenting t i s ."

Now, President Nixon's "bombshell" announcement mayhave been a s ta r t l in g statement to the mass of peoplein the world, but to those few who know what's going oni t was no su rprise .Since 1964 the plan for such an action has beenpigeonholed in order to wait for the proper time to in s t i tu te such an order. Mr. Nixon also declared as ta te .of "National Emergency".Most c it izens of the United States never heard of"The Office of Emergency Preparedness" un ti l thePresident announced his wage and price freeze. "TheOffice of Emergency Planning" was one of eleven execut ive orders placed in a pigeonhole for fu ture use byJohn F. Kennedy. Observe how many years ahead of theaction the plans are la id . Under President Kennedy, Executive Order No. 110051

designates the responsib il i t ies of "The Office ofEmergency Planning". "In time of increased in ternationa l tension, or economic, or f inancia l c r is is " , th isExecutive Order ins truc ts the Director of EmergencyPlanning to "perform such additional functions as thePresident may from time to time d irec t" . Note tha tth is Executive Order does not confine the Presidentsaction to a national c r is is in the United Sta tes , butto any c r is is world-wide.The price freeze i s worded rea l s l ick , to allow theplu tocra ts of th is country to give it to the consumers(you and I) from both ends to the middle. The order byPresident Nixon puts the ce il ing on prices "at thehighest level a product sold for before the order ofAugust 15, 1971. Of course the nations la rges t d is t r i -butors knew before the order was issued tha t th is wasto be the case. For instance, one choice cut of meatwas raised 30 cents a pound, from $1.19 to $1.49, in the week preceeding the order. This established the
