1. Procedure for the creation and allocation of Organisation Codes

1.1 User Manual for Organisation Code requestThe online interface for Organisation Code Management is available through the ERA Stakeholder Relations Management (SRM) tool: https://srm-portal.powerappsportals.com :

1.2 Create a new user accountIf the user has no user account in the Stakeholder Relation Management (SRM) tool it has to create a new account, following the instructions:

1. Clicking the button > Register < the user can create a new user account.

2. Create a password

3. Verify your e-mail

4. Enter the received code

5. To finalize the creation of account solve the puzzle proving you are not a robot

6. Your account is created

1.3 Sign in

1. Go to the login page or follow the redirection after a new user account registration and press the Sign in button

2. Accept the requested permission

Accepting the permission you are allowed to access your profile page in the SRM tool.

1.4 Profile

1. If this is the first time you sign in, you need to fill in the data about your profile

2. Organisation/Company Name entry is possible by choosing one of the listed companies if your organisation is registered in the SRM tool.

Please note this is a centralized user management tool so your organisation might be registered for any other ERA related business!

3. Create Account for a new organisation if yours is not listed, pressing the Create Account button.

4. Add account categories (Currently only one is allowed, in case of need for more categories, send an e-mail to: OrganisationCodes@era.europa.eu )

Adding a Category and pressing the Submit button the organisation is created. The user is allowed to access the Organisation Code request function.

1.5 Apply for an organisation code, revoke or modify organisation data

After a complete user and organisation profile the user is able to request an organisation code through the application form.

In the Request field an Organisation must choose to

1. Declare an existing RICS company code issued by UIC and entering the 4 digit code number. By choosing this option the organisation will receive an organisation code with same value as its company code

Or

2. Confirm it has no RICS company code to allocate an organisation code with a value given by the Agency.

After an organisation code is allocated - meaning the request is approved by the Agency – the user is able to submit a data modification request or to revoke an already assigned code.
