MAINTENANCE

Pro Vending Services, Inc., BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART EQUPMENT HAS MINIMAL SERVICE ISSUES, DUE TO PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE WHICH IS PART OF EACH VISIT. However, should a repair become necessary, a sticker will explain how a customer can reach our 24/7 customer service hotline. A service repair man will immediately be dispatched, and will resolve any issue. Machines that break down more than 3 times will be replaced.

We set high standards for vending service and maintenance through our preventative maintenance and our remote software, to ensure that each machine is properly loaded, and that all equipment is in excellent working condition, and maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.

REFUNDSCASH: The contractor will provide the Contract Administrator with refund “funds” to allow the immediate reimbursement to vending customers for lost moneys related to equipment malfunctions, or product complaint. These refund “funds” shall be on request and a dated signed receipt shall be returned by the contract administrators.
