These are energetic “experts” in their area - vibration, forgiveness, energy healing, psychic readings, etc.

Conduit guides are the “experts” in helping you connect with other people’s energy without draining your own

Connecting is done through conscious intent and vibration

Raising your vibration allows you to connect with higher vibe spirits

It’s like a building - the higher you are, the better quality connections you’ll get

As you raise your vibration, you’ll consciously intend to connect with your CG (Conduit Guide)

Connecting to Your CG - Process

Find a comfortable place to relax - put on relaxing music if you love it

Spin and expand each chakra to about a foot outside your body (you can put your hand out and feel it)

Once all chakras are expanded and spinning beautifully, imagine a celestial staircase

Walk up the staircase until you feel peace, love and joy - let this take as long as it does … do NOT rush it

Walk through a door and take a minute or so to acclimate to the new vibes

Ask to go to your “white room”

Connecting to Your CG - Process

Ask to meet your CG

Spend as much or as little time connecting as you desire

Give a thank you gift as you leave

Walk down the staircase

Pull your chakras back to a “normal” size fully within your body

Do a physical activity or drink some water to finalize the grounding process
