Young people often tend to defer thinking about retirement provision, protectionagainst occupational disability and life insurance. We inform and educate your employeescomprehensibly on these complex topics. We can set up a hotline or integrate our communication concept into your company's intranet in order to facilitate communication. For enhanced transparency, we provide detailed benefit statements and utilize playfulapproaches such as online board games to enable employees to maintain an overview oftheir personal benefit situation.

We gladly provide direct and professional communication with the employees andtake care of the individual Employee Benefit needs of our international clients that do nothave an HR department in Germany.

In Germany it is possible to use an independent and non-profit making organizationknown as a reinsured support fund to administer pension plans. The support fund mustbe registered as a social benefit organization that does not make a profit in order to qualify for tax exemptions.

At Profion, we set up our own independent and fully reinsured support fund, the EPFEuro-BetriebsPensionsFonds e.V., which also provides foreign corporate forms such asLtd., Inc. or others with the possibility of membership and is utilized by 95% of our inter-national clients.

As trustee of our support fund, we take on all the administration of the contract. Ourservice is based on a fixed and, above all, fair fee schedule without any hidden costs.

The benefit needs of start-ups and smaller subsidiaries of companies with less than50 employees operating internationally naturally differ from those of mid-sized or largermultinational corporations. However, in the competition for talented employees, it is alsothese smaller companies that must rival the big corporations which often attract talentedstaff with higher salaries and generous benefits. Furthermore, companies with a smallworkforce often fail to negotiate special general or group conditions with insurance providers or investment funds. As a result, their employees have to undergo unpleasantmedical examinations for the implementation of death and/or occupational disability benefits; this need not be the case.

We are aware of the requirements of start-ups and smaller subsidiaries and are wellplaced to offer them customized services. In particular and in response to these require-ments, we designed a unique and never before seen benefit plan that enables compa-nies with as few as 2 employees to offer their employees attractive benefits withouthaving to undergo medical examinations. This benefit plan is implemented and admini-stered by our own support fund, Profion's Euro-BetriebsPensionsFonds e.V., and all thebenefit packages we offer are fully externally funded. Profion takes on the communicationwith your employees, as well as the processing of benefits due.
