The steam boiler consists of a cylindrical vessel with two plain plates on its two ends. In the inside of the steam boiler is the furnace where the flame develops from the burner (1st flue gas pass). The flue gases are reversed at the end of the furnace (2nd flue gas pass) and they meet the tubes through which they are forwarded to the rear flue gas chamber of the steam boiler (3rd flue gas pass) and from there to the chimney.

THE STRUCTURE IS SIMPLE

Rapid water circulation accelerates the steam-bubbles movement to the steam space.

Special characteristics for reduced fuel consumption.

CE is provided for all capacities and pressure levels, according to P.E.D. 97/23.

The main advantage of the design and manufacture of ARTEMIS steam boilers is the volume of the water combined with the volume of steam space.• Large volume of water means big dimensions of the boiler and loss of energy.• Small volume of water causes plunges when there is an abrupt demand for steam and at the same time influences the quality of the steam.

The advanced design of ARTEMIS steam boilersguarantees a non stop supply of steam ensuring at the same time the less energy loss possible.

The bottom of the furnace is a KLÖPPER type bottom and not flat as is common at the market. This geometry ensures two important advantages:• A more firm and sturdy construction and better tolerance to thermal stresses.• Better heat transfer and therefore higher efficiency.
