Private ResidenceFront Facade Renovation

While remodeling their driveway and landscap-ing their front yard, the Owners realized that their front facade was lacking interest. My task was to create a more focused entry while maintaining the house’s style and enhancing its existing features. I designed a series of facades that ranged from minimal to significant change. The Owners chose a double gabled porch addition. The double gable creates symmetry around the front window and door helping highlight the home’s entrance. The detailing of the columns and railings remained simple to reflect the ranch style of the home.
