Private Label UCaaS
ANPI has owned and operated a private network since 2006 and we carry
millions of minutes of traffic every day. Maintaining business continuity on
our carrier-grade network is of the utmost importance to us. In each one of
our network sites we subscribe to multiple levels of redundancy and chose
to partner with top infrastructure providers. Cisco for IP, BroadSoft for our
voice applications, and Sonus for our SBC and security architecture. We
spared no expense to ensure our network’s reliability and quality by choosing
to partner with the leaders in hardware and software infrastructure.
Infrastructure
The ANPI network architecture is built with redundant 10 G DWDM
fiber backbone and over sixteen IP peering partners ranging from
100 Mbps to 10 GB. The combination of 10GB/1GB geographically-
redundant dedicated connections to Tier 1 Internet backbones
provides extensive connectivity to the Internet for the shortest and
highest quality path for our customers.
We have implemented BGP community tagging at the originating
router for automated AS prepend, carrier local preference and
carrier selection manipulation.

that your customers will have the highest call quality and service
uptime in the industry.

The Executive Package comes with real-time collaboration tools – Desktop Sharing, Conference Bridge Access and Audio/Web Sharing – as well as seamless integrated mobility, advanced call-handling features and unlimited local, long distance and international calling to 22 countries.* PROFESSIONAL Our most popular package allows mobile workers to conduct business anytime, anyplace, on any device. The Professional Package provides seamless integrated mobility – including Instant Messaging with Presence and Find Me/Follow Me – plus, advanced call-handling features and unlimited local, long distance and international calling to 22 countries.* GENERAL PURPOSE For general office use, productivity and efficiency are still necessary. That’s why the General Purpose Package includes a dedicated phone number with unlimited local, long distance and international calling to 22 countries,* as well as a complete collection of advanced call-handling features. BASIC For spaces like warehouses and kitchens where a phone is needed, but advanced call-handling features are not, the Basic Package fits the bill. It includes an extension number, extension-to-extension dialing, local calling and E911 services.
*Unlimited long distance is to lower 48 states. Calls to Hawaii and Alaska and calls within Hawaii and Alaska outside of their local area will incur usage charges. Unlimited International calling includes 22 countries. Not all dial codes in these countries are included.

There are many commonly used workflows built into the system, including Assign DID, Equipment Ordered, Send Portal Access to Admin and Transfer to Care Team.
