the finest ingredients and be inspired by the robust, local flavors found

in our state’s land, air and water. The restaurant is available for partial

buyouts or full buyouts and offers two unique private dining rooms.

The full restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests.

You can also opt to book the top level of the restaurant,

which can accommodate up to 70 people, or add the

two private dining rooms to accommodate up to 102

people. The lower terrace of our restaurant overlooking

the Resort pool and villas is available for booking and

can accommodate up to 44 guests.

For parties larger than eight, we recommend choosing one of our

prefixe menus or several items from our starters and mains category

in order to create a custom menu for your group. This allows us to

simplify the dining experience and provide your guests with a

delicious meal accompanied by great memories.

The Mesquite Room is located behind the main entrance to the restaurant

and is perfect for groups of 12–20 people looking for a more intimate and

sophisticated meal surrounded by upscale Texas-inspired décor.

W I N E R O O M

The Wine Room is one of our most popular private dining spaces,

with views of our extensive wine cellar collection. Seating can range

from 15 people with our high-back residential chairs up to 20 people

using banquet chairs. You also have the capacity to combine the Wine

Room with our Show Kitchen for a pre-dinner walkaround reception.

The Lobby Lounge is perfect for cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres

in a relaxed and intimate lounge, located just off the main lobby

with floor-to-ceiling scenic views overlooking the Resort pool.

Inspired by the wild and rugged spirit of Willie Nelson, ZZ Top and

the outlaws of Texas music, this modern saloon is perfect for a unique

Texas-chic private dining experience. The bar is rich in Texas history

with its vintage guitars, musician photography and old concert ticket

stubs. The bar offers Texas beers, wine and innovative craft cocktails

with the help of Alfredo Sanchez, our bar manager and certified tequila

specialist. Your guests can catch a friendly round of pool on an heirloom

pool table with mother of pearl detailing built in 1891. It that was a gift

to the Resort when it opened in the mid 1980’s by Mr. John W. Carpenter,

one of the largest ranchers in North Texas at the turn of the 20th century

and owner of the land now considered Las Colinas, the home of our Resort.

OUTLAW Taproom’s energy-filled outdoor patio hosts live music featuring

local Texas artists and offers an array of lounge spaces centered around

firepits and our larger-than-life fireplace. The old wood mantle above

the fireplace is made of cypress from the late 1800s and was recycled

from the Swift & Armour plant in the historical Fort Worth Stockyards.

The patio spills down to a lower terrace sparkling with outdoor twinkle

lights, with more seating that overlooks our main Resort pool.

and welcome parties with a view of our lagoon-style Resort pool.

It is conveniently located at the bottom of the OUTLAW Taproom

outdoor patio with ease of access in and out of the Hotel.
