Back Patio: 50 person capacity, two private entrances, market lighting, 4 heat lamps,
2 private restrooms.
Main Dining Room: 50 Person capacity, copper fire place, 2 restrooms.
Redwood Grove (ceremony site): 100 person capacity, along the Big Sur River amongst
the redwood trees. Includes chairs and a water/ice tea table.

We will reserve your space and serve the wine and beer for your event. All food
will be served by the caterer of your choice. We have provided a list of our

As a resort our hotel and restaurant revenue are connected therefore any group hotel booking
will have a required restaurant event.
Due to our proximity to our neighbors special events may not go later than 10:00pm
Terms
The event date is booked and guaranteed once the non-refundable deposit and contract are
received. For a buyout, the deposit amount is the amount of the particular site fee. This deposit
is non-refundable. Beer and wine option’s and add-on selection happens 14 days or more prior
to the event. Sales Tax, 20% Service Charge, and incidentals are due at the conclusion of the
event; payable with Cash or Credit cards only. The 20% service charge is only applied to
beverage, and the add-on options chosen.
